Yes, There was a limit of one per customer. That was for last nights random drop of Ps5 and XSX 2 hours apart. Was able to get a ps5 on one account and XSX on the other. I didn’t try ordering both on one account each

No they weren’t. Also, if you ordered from Kohl’s call the customer service number to check on your order and eventually you’ll be transferred to a customer service rep. They confirmed my order went through.

Perhaps the motherboard got shorted somehow. If it wasn’t plugged into a surge protector during crazy weather and your power went on and off rapidly a few times it could’ve shorted the board if instant on mode was enabled
