I've got an LG HBM-310 headset that I can get to pair with the system, but for some reason I can't hear any voice through, nor transmit voice. Is there a setting I'm missing other than pairing/connecting the headset or is it just a model that doesn't work with the system for some reason?

Yesterday while recovering my gamertag, it was giving me the signup service is not currently available error. I finally got my name recovered, however, now NONE of my saves are showing up. Guitar Hero, Mass Effect, Eternal Sonata, nothing is showing up at all. It's like I never played them...
