hard to say, theres two possibilities i see... (i name these places assuming any cap issues would be resolved) a cup contender that wants a rental. ie washington, boston. or a team that is on the verge of breaking through and would sign long term. ie los angeles, vancouver. but honestly, i can see just about
any team in the NHL willing to move salaries and or draft picks for him because kovalchuk is a stud.
Agreed. He could be the one who pushes a team from contender to front runner. The problem is Atlanta is going to want REAL players in return. I read something yesterday about Chicago being a possible destination since they've got good young talent in contracts that don't expire for a couple years. They've got cap problems coming soon and a rental might be a good solution, but should they mess with a team thats humming along pretty good?
My step father has mentioned to me on a couple of occasions that Kovalchuk has said that he would want to come to the Montreal Canadiens.
I hope it is true

I don't see it happening but who knows. Moving from Atlanta to Montreal whew. Talk about two different hockey markets!
It's cool, the Queens really did need the points more than we did. Anyway, to add insult to injury I was at the game and our section won Chipotle gift cards. I hate that place...
(Think Southpark) Oh yeah... and my grandmother died today too.
Sorry to hear about your Grandmother.
