It's a shame we dont have 15 people really, really good with pokemans... then we could add injury to insult to prove our pokemans are better than their pokemans. :)
 
Want to 1v1 a little blue?

I picked up a replacement wavebird today at GS for the 17.99 -20%... and it still had rechargeable batteries in it. I think I got a +1 score with that one... but ive been desiring a replacement for a while
 
GGs you two, that was the first time I've played since our cag league thing... hehe felt good to play again :)

My wii is making some strange disk-reading sounds though.
 
WIsh I was more available to do some online practicing, but I have enough on my plate for the upcoming West Coast League in 2 weeks. I don't wanna get used to lag, only to have to get not used to it all over again.

Not to say that I wouldn't be interested in doing this thang, but I just have no free time for practice.

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been really busy with work and guests coming over and I haven't had a chance to update in awhile. Anyways, I like Joe's idea. If you are a Smash veteran, please feel free to PM me a list of your Top 15. I will take submissions until Sunday 11:59 pm pst. For those who are new to the CAG Smash scene, please hop online so that myself and others may gauge your skills.

Last but not least, I will need to start collecting AIM screen names and e-mails so that both parties (i.e. you and your opponent) may communicate with one another. Please be ready to provide me this personal information as we finalize things. This will strictly be used for matchup purposes and nothing else.

Is there a time frame for when this is actually going down? Because I'm moving at the end of the month, so my internet access will be limited, to say the least, around the last half of the month.

Next week, starting Monday and ending at the end of the year. Hopefully 2.5 weeks is enough time.

I'm moved into my new place. Leeching the Internet until Monday, when they hook my apartment up. Should be playing some games Monday evening. I need to get some practice in.

Btw, I forgot to mention what happens to the losing forum:

Losers have to formulate a 3-paragraph essay to the winning forum.

Paragraph 1: Why the losing forum sucks
Paragraph 2: Why the other forum rules at Smash
Paragraph 3: What ways can the losing forum improve upon their suckiness.

The 3-paragraph essay must be collaborated by 3 members from the losing forum. In other words, you guys better not lose! :bomb:
 
I hope we lose, because I could write one hell of a sarcastic essay. >:] There's going to be animated gifs and everything.
