While I can't comment on the transfers, I agree with not buying these when we all know the EE's are coming. I double dipped on the DVDs because I didn't expect extended cuts. I'm not doing it again on the BDs. I can upconvert my DVDs in the interim.

That said, if the poster above is correct about the entire trilogy being $8 at Target, then consider me sold. I'll double dip for the trilogy at $8.
 
I never posted earlier. But its been a hell of a last 24 hours..

Im currently in florida with my family visiting my grandparents who live down here (I live in nj).
We got a call from our neighbor last night who is taking care of our three dogs (an 8 year old retriever/lab mix, and two 2 year old westies) and she went on to tell us that one of the westies got loose and ran away when she tried to let them out. Everyone was now freaking out since we are over 1000 miles away and really couldn't do a single thing about it. We called friends, family, and our local police department and had around 40 people out in our town looking for her. About 30 minutes later we got a call from my aunt saying that they had found our dog on the side of the highway dead. As you would imagine, my two younger sisters, mom, dad and I were all in tears. My aunts and uncles then brought her to my house and buried her there. Needless to say, none of us really got any sleep. And I've still been tearing up about it all day. Its such a horrible feeling when something like that happens and there's nothing I could do about it. Im not all too sure why she ran but what's done is done. She was a great dog for the two years we had her and provided us with memories we'll never forget. I will still be updating this thread, but I just wanted to give you guys a heads up and ask for your prayers.

Also, much earlier, I added the prices for tuesdays lightning deals and some blu deals from the $10 and under thread.

I saw it and it was better than I expected. I would consider buying it but I don't think I'd watch it enough to justify a purchase.
 
I know it's not under $10, but the Planet Hulk (animated) Blu-Ray is $10.49 right now and is a good filler if you like comics and need something to get to $25 for FSSS.

FYI it doesn't have the digital copy anymore. :(

For $10, I'd buy it, plus its almost 2 hours long so its worth it. I hate having to buy full price for a movie (DVD or Blu) and it's only an hour and a half long. Plus I'm a big Bruckheimer fan.

Good job Amblix. I didn't get a number tho, we'll see how it goes. I could always go to Best Buy and pick it up.

Does anyone have a good guess on how much the Lost Complete Collection on Blu Ray will go for? I'm seriously debating on whether to get the Harry Potter Collection, or wait for the Lost deal. There's no way I can afford both.

And if you're still suspicious, the DPCI for the trilogy set is 058-40-0021. Use that to see what it rings up on Friday/Saturday.

Yes, in the ad, there's a thing that says "Blu Ray" with it underlining Weeds and Mad Men.
 
Hoping for 20 or less on Spartacus:B&S Blu-Ray....Amazon is pretty much killing any reason I had to go out on BF with their list of games/movies.

This, I'm looking at their Calendar and I'm definitely getting Green Zone for $8, unless the Blu-Ray drops in price (its at $14 right now). Hoping I could get Robin Hood today, I feel that's going to be a lightning deal.
 
Bttf is 28 bux shipped from Barnes and Noble with coupon P4A4N7P. Saw this on Bens Bargains. Agh I am so torn. I really want this but I a;ready did my BF blu shopping.

Update: They charge tax, but offer free 1-3 day shipping with B&N trial membership.

do we have an official word on the LOTR trilogy at target before I make plans to wait in line for it? I would be so upset if I waited in line only to find out that it is infact only $7.99/mo and not for the whole set.

So Saving Grace is on sale for 9.99 a season, which is awesome but you'd never know unless you specifically looked it up. Is there a page that lists deals like this that I'm missing?

Hey there. I remember reading and seeing news on tv that Walmart will price match any printed ad you show them. I know Best Buy does the same thing on regular days, so will they also price match printed ads on BF? Thankcias.

Since we're on the subject, does anyone know if Walmart will accept a printed ad from a competitor's website? I have one from a Thanksgiving day sale I printed off their website and it's pretty well marked with what and when it is. I plan to just take it over at close to midnight Wednesday and grab the items since Walmart won't be running a sale on these. Should be fairly painless unless they hassle you about printed ads.

So printed ads are a go then? Or did you miss that part. Otherwise that answers my questions about printed ads and Thanksgiving Day price-matching at Walmart. Should be a smooth transaction since the items I want won't even be on sale that day.
