What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for the 360 slim, or ps3 to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

Tempting, but I have a feeling this will go down quick considering the issues with the PS3 version.
 
Someone check for changed me to the punch, but there was a Good 160 gb PS3 for 174. I grabbed the like new for 187. There is still one more available.
 
Also, does anyone have PS3 recommendations? Had an xbox for awhile, so dont need mutiplats. Obvious targets for me are MGS4 and Uncharted series.

Hey I know this isn't the right thread but I was wondering if someone can answer this question. I have a trade in for amazon but i will be going out of town tomorrow. I already printed out the label and everything and amazon says to ship the the 28th. Problem is that I won't be back until Friday. How long does Amazon allow the item to be in transit before they cancel the item or label it as "Missing."

good list from other posters already. All the PS3 exclusives listed are pretty good.

I would start with the uncharted series, as you said, those games rock and will leave you in awe. :D

AMZ has a deadline to ship, in transit or how long it takes is not a problem just as long as you shipped it by the send deadline. Then just track the package on Amazon trade account after that. :)

How does Amazon know if the item is shipped or not though? Because I am suppose to ship by the 28th but i wont be back till the 30th to actually i give it to the UPS guy. I already printed out the label though.
 
im usually late when i trade in amazon games through ups and they don't seem to mind yet. They can track it through ups.

im having issues with trying to trade in rayman on ps3. i bought it at 30 and wanted to flip it for 30 after rental/trophies/co op w family, but it says amazon comic version, doh...

okay so amazon is not going to cancel it if i'm like a couple of days late right? As long as I print out the shipping label and everything.

just because you printed the label off on the computer doesn't mean UPS's systems suddenly updated letting Amazon know your package is in transit. that's silly. it's still your job to get it to UPS on time.

the trade-in transaction will expire but quite a bit longer than the "expiration date" u see when you check the status of your trade in. That expiration date is for the shipping label. Just like fedex and other pre-paid label, they usually have an expiration date, and if you don't print it by that date, it won't be available for print anymore. But if you already print it, you're fine. The label will be active once they scan it in the system. I don't know how long past the deadline though.

I was under the impression that they closed the trade automatically if it wasn't shipped in time.

No, they just remove the option to print the shipping label. If you printed it before the deadline, you should be fine. I was able to ship something past its deadline (one day later).

yes. I lock in trades all the time and send them in a week after the deadline has expired. As long as its verified by the trade in center by the 25th day, youre good. Anything that enters the verification process after day 25 will be returned as expired.

Thank You so much for the answer. So I just have to print the label before that date. And then it will expire 25 days after the 28th? So as long as they receive the item before the 25th day I should be okay?

well it usually takes them 2-3 days to start verifying your trade in, so I would aim for day 21 or 22 at the latest. But, yes.
 
I wish i would have grabbed lotr war in the north for 22 like new last week. oh wellz, price can only go down and we beat it once already...

i ordered mine last year for $187. it was listed as acceptable but everything was brand new.

I grabbed an "good" ps3 for $175 before and it comes looking pretty good but doesn't read games. :lol:. Amazon was quite nice about it, they refunded my money as soon as the item listed as received.
