What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Hello everyone.

I got my :wiiu: Windwaker HD that I ordered a few days ago, even though some have been reported as defective.

It seems still sealed. Has the y-fold and stickers on the outside. Is there any way to determine if it was sealed by nintendo or AWD? I won't be able to test it out until later tonight. 

Anyway, I'll let you know if it works or not.

Try the club nintendo codes and see if there unused .

Stickers. Is there a big square sticker with stock information inside the seal or are there thin stickers that say "WHD" over the seal?
 
I was wondering why I stopped getting notifications.  Figures a new thread started lol.

I was going to grab Castlevania but, then I remembered a new version was released.  Id rather wait for that one.

 
Hoping to score some great AWD deals now.  Finally was able to get some credit that wasn't already set aside for something (November is the worst sometimes!) -  if fellow CAGs start getting on board the XB1 Conga-Line we'll all have THAT much more to spend! Ka-ching!

There are two stickers outside the seal - the typical white one on the back with the AWD barcode, and a clear circular "graded by warehouse deals" on the front.

Still a chance it could be a dud then? I guess it is pointless asking when I'll find out late tonight anyway.

EDIT: I see the damage and why it was rated as very good instead of like new. Under the clear sticker, there is a puncture in the case, through the cover art.

All poorly pressed discs were new at some point so there's always a chance it's a dud.

I was just answering your seal condition question.

I couldnt help myself.  I bit on Castlevania LE it looked nice to me.  Grabbed lollipop chainsaw as well...  My spending habits will kill me one day.

 
I agree with my spending habits. I found Soul Sacrifice on Half.com (I know this is AWD but reference here) for $20.xx while AWD had for $22.xx . I also bought on another website GOW: Ghost of Sparta for $3.48 before shipping and now for an AWD purchase:

Star Ocean: End of Time (PS2) $6.56 so not a bad pick up. I am hoping I am able to get Tales of Xillia next week since they set it for that day after not getting it yesterday. I am trying to keep a lid on my game spending and looking for really good deals. I usually will wait until it gets to the cheap 'area' before I bite.

 
Got my killer is dead box was a little damage but everything seemed to be in good condition. I'll try to see if the game works later have to goto work. Oh yeah it included the art book and everything. The art book is pretty cool.

Yeah it didnt even show up for me in the normal Warehouse page. I just went to the actual product page and it was sitting there. I've probably randomly checked it 101 times over the past couple of weeks before finally getting it tonight.

 
Lame they increased the price on xillia -_- I wanted to buy it for 30.  any guess on when it will drop back down again? probably went up when people heard they still have day 1 editions in stock.
