What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I've got one on my Vita now and have since I first got it. Seems to be just fine and I put my handhelds through the grinder at times. I ordered a couple extras not because I need them but because I figured for $2 why not? At some point I'll use one to replace the one I have now because I got a couple bits of dust in there when I fist applied it.

 
I don't see used GoW Saga a good deal, since you lose one of the collection (it's via code), and you win only 3 bucks compared to the normal new price.



I got a like new one two weeks ago and it came with codes unused.

i really enjoyed mafia II, hope they actually make a sequel. tempted by that price, even though i already played the game.

That CE is nice for that price, about the same size of the Mass Effect 1 CE when sitting in its slipcover.

I don't really care about the Day One stuff (why I sold off my Day One Achievement), so I'm hoping for vanilla for it to be possibly cheaper

No telling. It could be a combination of vanilla and day 1 editions the way the warehouse works. At the same time, some 1st party exclusives for Microsoft outside of LEs and CEs take forever to reach AWD for some reason. Remains to be seen when it will happen. However, when it does happen, more will follow. Until then we wait!

Damn. Looks like the Mafia II was a price mistake. It's not 13 anymore, it's 31. lol :(

yup. Halo 4 and Ascension took months to show up. Its weird that for the ps4, the only games we havent seen are knack and killzone as well. No accessories for either as well. I could use an extra DS4.

No problem, we've all been there. Same procedure with tablets, and there are no restocking fees.

Thanks man. I bought a tablet for my bro and after calling him today, my parents already bought him the same table too so I will have to return it (hopefully it arrives tomorrow). Its not a warehouse deal, but I thought the regulars from here are experts in matters like this.

Are you sure about this? I bought an artbook the other day and it just shipped; I'm not sure I wanted it so I tried to cancel because I read the release date wrong - I thought it was a preorder. I looked up the return policy and it says you definitely have to pay restocking fee if your return is not Amazon's fault.

The policy is that you have to pay return shipping, or at least that's what it was when I tried to return an AWD order.

Right, you pay return shipping if the return isn't Amazon's fault. It gets deducted from your refund if you use the prepaid ups return label. If you choose to ship it yourself via another carrier, rather than use their ups return label, you pay the shipping cost out of pocket.
 
God, Metro: LL LE is so tempting, but it's $1 more for a new copy from GoHastings and I don't have the money and the LE stuff is actually valuable enough that I wouldn't wanna make a $1 bet on not getting it.

 
Out of sheer boredom (and craving more deals) I talked to a CS rep to see if they were going to have any deals (additions) for AWD regarding Cyber Monday, and she said while she cannot provide that information (time, etc.), but to stay tuned for a big surprise, haha. 

Take that at face value - probably has no idea what she was talking about.

I haven't seen this much inactivity in a long time. So as someone else mentioned earlier, there should be a huge restock coming. The question is when. I usually miss out on some good deals that happen overnight.

IMO They are using the AWD workers on amazon vanilla to fill out all the crazy orders from BF weekend & Cyber Monday. I say a real restock will prob come midweek.
