What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Despite my :360: BF3 Premium arriving (re)sealed, the code for premium content inside has already been redeemed. It doesn't even look like anything in here was touched, though.

Shame. The whole point of buying this was for the premium content.

My  Acceptable Xbox 360 Wireless Controller with Transforming D-Pad and Play and Charge Kit came in today.  It was a dinger.  I had bought this to give as a Christmas present with the $40 Xbox 360 to my cousin and her husband.  The 360 didn't come with a controller so Amazon gave me a $30 credit to buy this one.

I am trying to decide if I should give them this single controller or if I should give them 2 slightly used 360 wireless controllers instead.

Trades into Best Buy for $10 after 100% if you wanna get rid of it.

 
Actually, you know what I just realized? Amazon sent me a :360: Limited Edition BF3, not the Premium Edition that I ordered. 

Looks like I'll have to chat with a rep

I just talked with a rep and I will have to send it in and get a refund once they've received it. It took the rep literally 27 minutes to come to this conclusion. Must be new because it took forever for her respond.

I am surprised that amazon is going to pay the return shipping and the cost for processing a return for an item that was $4. How is that worth it? I don't really feel like going through a return, but I definitely don't want the game now that I've realized its only the limited edition and not the premium. 

Did anyone else who ordered get the limited instead of the premium? Or am I the only one who got shafted?

They are popping up under "New and Popular" but if you are looking for a specific one then I would advise checking the individual page since once they make the route to the "New and Popular" page they don't last very long.

 
Got in my copy of Star Ocean 4 International (G). Game and manual are mint, bottom of the case is crunched and broken (artwork okay except for the bottom right corner, slightly torn). Overall in good shape, just need to buy a cheap game from GS and get a case thats in decent condition to replace this one.

 
Just got home to check my acceptable $7.xx Halo 4 LE. The packaging is fine however, the DLC codes are no where to be found. Not too shabby for $7. Plus, now I can give it to a friend since the 360 I just ordered comes with Halo 4 anyway.



I got mine today as well, except it was just the steel book and discs, no extras, no manual. Did yours come with everything? Thinking about returning it but for $7 I may just keep it, IDK..

Got my VG Halo 4 LE.

Came complete and had a little ding in the bottom of the package. Steelbook in great shape, all the extras, UNused Codes!! great deal for $9

So my great Vita 32GB card deal? Basically got told it's either gonna be cancelled or forever in limbo. Weird how one or two have made it through AWD recently though.

Amazon support has been awesome but this one guy just made me want to kill him. Stick to the scripts my dude. "Actually order are placed in-line. So we couldn't deliver this Item." WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Coincidentally I never had any issues until I returned a game to AWD because they sent me the wrong game. Hate to be a conspiracy theorist but suddenly they tell me to get fucked on my great price item. Vita is just sitting there with one year of plus, three games, and no way to save anything.

EDIT: I asked about them covering the difference and they agreed to. Lady on the phone was very helpful.

The closer the date is to the game being released the better your chances are. Have people even been able to trade these in yet? I think your chances should be pretty good.
