What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Well, unlike Muramasa's CE, the Memories of Celceta CE actually has worthwhile stuff like the 3-CD soundtrack spanning the entire Ys series (and arguably among the best music of all RPGs, if not video games themselves) and artbook/strategy guide.

Well the hard case, soft pouch, and skin were all decent things. Apparently they made way too many and it didn't sell well enough though. Obviously it's not P4G and the level of fervor that surrounds that series but it was still a nearly identical CE and sounded like it would be truly limited with only Amazon and GS every carrying Muramasa. At least I got a dinger that was just under $40.

 
Couldn't even click on the $20.77 Zelda ALBW before it was gone.  Was acceptable so probably cart only or case in pretty bad shape.

I'd disagree. Muramasa came with practical items I would, and do use each day (screen protector, hard case and bag). I find a lot more value in those than in a soundtrack and/or art book that just like every other pack in art book or cd I've ever gotten I may just open it once and flip through it for half a minute, but most likely I'm never even opening them before tossing them in my game junk box.

Can you guys guide me in what to look for in a Warehouse Vita? I've seen a few pop up between 158 and 168 in Used-Good to Used- Very Good condition. Should I go for them or are they ones to stay away from? What condition will"dinged box" ones show as? What should I hold out for? Thanks!

Good items from Amazon tend to be in worthwhile condition - it will more than likely be opened already, but all the items should be in there. I don't know if the WD code will be unused, however. Could be a crap shoot there. :bouncy:

Yes it was very nice. You will soon hear people upset that they couldn't get it first :)

A dinger usually means, a dinged box. It will come with charger and memory card, if the original package says it comes w/one, which it should. If it comes with anything less you can always return it for free or call them and they may adjust the price for you.

Oh that is a real nice get alrgiht. This bundle goes for $199 and or the variant Amazon bundle for $174.99. Great nab and it should be complete. I did not catch the description so I can't say what it could have been but generally speaking it should be complete with cosmetic damage to the box and with everything else intact.

can anyone comment on how bad battlefield 4s bugs are? are they constant and gamebreaking? or is this just another case of people on the internet taking complaining to the extreme

Ha, I actually grabbed that Ys copy yesterday but canceled it. Great price but I've spent too much since Black Friday already, only just holding out for Mario and the occasional super cheap pick up.

If you want to play the game online they can be pretty bad. It varies greatly from user to user.

The description didn't indicate what made it Good condition. I guess I'm only a bit nervous because even the Warehouse Vita standalones are higher priced. Why was this one so cheap?

That bundle has appeared at or around that price before as of recent and got snatched immediately. If their is anything wrong with it, you can return it since you have 30 days to do so. It is cheap now since it is a newer bundle and they tend to go haywire pricing wise on AWD earlier on until later down the road.

I can say I got a Very Good copy of AC4 that was in the same case as shown in the picture, though I wasn't keeping the game anyway, so it didn't matter. Like a couple others have said, Amazon will take note if they see you returning too many things, so choose wisely whether this is worth complaining about.

Wow. Thanks for posting that link. It's funny because I got my information from Amazon's condition guidelines for third-party sellers, which AWD is considered to be.

It's good to know that AWD has lower standards than the rest of Amazon third party sellers. I was getting really frustrated at the number of "Like New" items that I'd receive repackaged or with no packaging at all.

 
Not AWD related but related to games folks were looking for in AWD.

Brash_Attack weren't you looking for Infamous collection. Head to the Best Buy thread since they have a sale going on. It is $14.99 for that and Killzone Trilogy. Journey CE is $11.99 incase you are looking for other Sony collections.

I have it for XB1, main issues is that the game crashes back to the Home screen usually when you are starting a new match after finishing one. It might also crash while just starting a new match. Those are the main one's i have experienced so far. Some people say it crashes other times randomly while playing multiplayer. Never had that happen to me. Sometimes you are unable to join matches or find matches or it kicks you to a team death match when you didn't want to. As far a single player your campaign my get erased, mines did after i finished the game.

I have to say alot of this issues have been iron out or there are occurring less after the patch was applied like 2 days ago. I still have crashes but they are definitely less.

Do you know when the next patch is releasing? I don't want to invest too much time into campaign if it's just going to get deleted.

now I don't think that's true. its when nintendo develops the stuff that it more than likely wont drop for a while. nintendo published tales of symphonia for example and it still dropped in price.
