What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

My Demon's Souls Deluxe Edition w/Artbook & Soundtrack showed up and... it was just the normal individual release with a wrong tag. Going back to Amazon, so if one shows up on AWD be careful!

Also, landed a Like New Mass Effect Limited Edition a couple days ago for $64 and change. Hope there're no issues with that one.

Even $10 it was barely worth it. It definitely isn't worth it for $31, that Light Cycle is made of plastic and doesn't light up or anything.

Not attacking you mind you, just in terms of CE it's one of the more half assed ones out there. I Can't imagine anyone spending the original MSRP and not wanting to kill themselves after taking it out of the box.
 
The PS3 SF X T stick I ordered works great... except the "O"button doesn't register at all. :cold:

Don't really want to risk opening up the stick and plugging in one of my spare buttons to find out it's a damaged wire or something.

Shot Madcatz support an email but not really hopeful. Will probably end up going back to amazon.

The light cycle does light up. There's a button on top. Still barely worth $10.

DON'T send it back! If the stick itself is in great shape aside from the one button, it's very easy to swap out the button, open it up and pull out two quick disconnect wires from the bad button. Replace it with another button and see if it works. If it doesn't. then it's the motherboard and should be returned.

That's what I'm talking about.

Sure it's easy to open and swap the button but doing so will void the warranty (since it will tamper with the "do not remove" sticker on the bottom.

The TE sticks made it simple to open from the top but with these sticks you have to open from the bottom.

It is so tempting to open up since it's probably a quick fix, but I don't think amazon will accept the return if I open it up.

I got mine couple of days ago and it was brand new still in shrink wrap with AWD sticker outside on the wrap. That was awesome!

Yeah, I can't complain too much. It's always a gamble, but Amazon's customer service as always is top notch. They paid for the shipping back with no hassle and gave me a $10 credit for my troubles. Got it back in the mail to them this morning.

Guess I'll just wait it out and hope to get a good price for a brand new one. I ordered a mini-vac at the same time as the game and joked that I needed to make sure they didn't send me a hair dryer. :D

I definitely want to check out Lollipop Chainsaw, but if the Like New is already down to $29.99, seems like waiting is the best bet right now.

My $184 Good FEB Vita came in today. Obvious used but no scratch. Everything is where it's supposed to be, however, no sim card (don't know if I'm supposed to have 1, it does say 3g on it). 4gb memory card is still sealed on the outer box. I checked the carrying case, another 4g mb card fell out. Check the vita memory slot, there's also another 4gb memory card. LOL. I would have preferred to get a single 8gb or 16gb memory card but hell, three 4gb memory card is pretty lucky. Oh and it looks like someone already put on a screen protector for it. haha

It's supposed to have a sim card in it.

damn; i was gonna get one of those, but i waited too long to pull the trigger and they all got bought up. :cry:

that should teach me a lesson (not that it will of course).

FEB bundle is the wifi/3g vita. If you still want service, I believe AT&T will provide you with a sim card, but it's expensive for a plan. I think the cheapest plan they had was $15/month for 250mbs.
