What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

how do you have c4c monitoring restocks? I would think it's only good to see if an oos comes back in stock or a price drop

I had that Chrono Trigger in my cart and was adding Fire Emblem: Awakening and FFXIII when I go to check out and Chrono Trigger was no longer available. :/

Anyone had any experience with buying items that are "temporarily out of stock"? I ordered a new copy of Chrono Trigger to supplement the before mentioned one and it says it will ship when copies become available. How long am I looking at waiting?

Interesting thing happend. I was checking out on an order and Amazon offered me a free trial of Prime. It is interesting because I have already used it once before. Didn't think I would get it again. Of course I pounced on the opportunity. Let the wallet drain ensue.

Wow what a day. Spent a metric fuckton on AWD today, and I'm still seeing soooo much stuff worth picking up at the prices listed...

Given the "collectible" nature of this particular 360 I may see if Amazon is willing to reimburse me a bit for the crack since that wasn't listed in the description, but overall I'm happy about this purchase. Aside from the "shipping crack", it looks like someone took it out, set it up, used it once to test out some downloads (there was a generic user account called "Player 1" I had to delete) & then packaged it back up & sent it back. Or maybe what I received was an in-house Amazon "test unit"....

So, at least when it comes to consoles/bundles AWD seems very hit or miss. If you have Prime I'd say it's worth the risk as long as you don't mind the small hassle of returning stuff when they send you junk and/or haggling for partial refunds on some items that you want to keep...[/QUOTE]

Sounds like you got a good one then. I guess it depends on who does the grading. But, then again, I don't mind shipping stuff back to them if the quality is not there.
 
So amazon warehouse sent me a package I never ordered. I was expecting super mario galaxy today (which i got) and another package came also. It was a copy of play station all stars battle royale for ps3 brand new. It was addressed to me. It had no packing slip. There is no order for it in my amazon history and I was never charged for it in my bank account. This is so weird. I'm going to call tomorrow to tell them they sent me a mystery package. I'd feel too bad just keeping it. Maybe they will tell me just to keep it. We shall see.

If Mortal Kombat Komplete goes up at that price for the 360 then I may finally have to bite and risk it being a Platinum Hits copy.
 
AWD Newbie Question: I assume the DLC codes are used in most cases, even from the LN version. Is there a way to check which games, especially GOTY editions, rely on DLC codes for the extra content (as opposed to having it properly integrated into the game without the need for codes)?

Games I am especially interested in and for which I saw good deals this morning (mostly gone now) are:
Uncharted 3 Game of the Year Edition
Journey Collector's Edition
PS3 Gran Turismo 5 XL Edition
MotorStorm Pacific Rift (greatest hits edition)

Journey only has the PSN avatars as a DLC, but it's moot since those expired a month ago.

Uncharted 3 GOTY has everything in one code.

Does Ni no Kuni actually have DLC bundled with the game at all?

I really want that Omerta - but that is still too much for a game that sold as poorly as it did.

Was it a gift? I believe legally you're allowed to keep anything a company sends you if it's their mistake. I think I read an article about it.

Either way I think you're doing the right thing and they'll likely say keep it.

Grabbed one a few hrs ago and got an estimated date of the 8th.

I just grabbed a $1.38 copy of Singularity for 360 and my delivery date (with Prime) is May 13. Strange, I've never seen that before...

Happened to me once before too, they will tell you basically they have to track it down from one of their warehouses and then they will send it to you, if you ask them though they will probably give you one day shipping for free. I just asked why the delay and the gave me free one day, so you never know!
