What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I had an arcade unit that came out shortly after that unit and it was fine but the RE5 unit was a disaster. For whatever reason we got about 80% of the 40-50 units we sold back within two months as defective. Will this one? Who knows but I wouldn't pay that much when there's been a 250GB S unit for like $160.

Oooo, maybe I got lucky, I bought one at launch and never had a problem. Being a Jasper unit was one of the reasons I bought it, eeek!

Although it is a jasper, theres a lot of complaints all over the internet about defective RE5 consoles.  They tend to be real loud.  I have had one in the past and got rid of it.  This is coming from someone who has owned a Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 at launch..  Ive gone through about 3-4 RROD's.  The RE5 console I had sounded like it was going to fly away :)  if your into that go for it but like Eld said...  Theres a Slim for $160 thats your best bet

Yeah, I think they were either really good or really, really bad since they were the first Jasper units. I want to say they made a slight tweak when it moved to the arcade but I can't remember for sure.

 
Well I just popped on a Vita in Good condition for 129.00 and used my 75 dollar credit. It may not be as good of a deal as 30, but I'm pretty happy and will be even happier if it comes in the box.

 
So what is the track record like with buying acceptable GBA games from Warehouse Deals?  I feel like you have at least a decent chance of getting something legit and if you don't you can always just return it.  But then I feel like if you take too many chances and are returning games a lot they will get pissed.

You answered your own question. Just to add that acceptable ones on retro stuff are highly likely to be cart (legit or not that you can determine once you recieve them) possibly in a zip bag mailed in a bubble mailer. Dingers are rare on those.

Did it say Sunday Ticket?

I believe you had to preorder to get it as it didn't come in the actual case of the game. I could be wrong but amazon emailed me a couple days ago saying "last chance to pre order madden and get Sunday Ticket"

they just meant it was your last chance to pre order it before it came out

I believe it's included in the box of the special edition, which was the one that was listed. If so, that's a phenomenal deal.

 
Shit, I had been watching awd for devil may cry HD all week, and bought a new one last night. Only $14.90 at least and its new.
 
Damn crazy deal on Injustice and Madden. Lurkers probably nabbing that shit up - never contributing :)

I am 99% sure that the code for Sunday Ticket comes in the box. My preordered copy shipped and I have yet to receive an email about the code.

Liking the deals as well. This is why I love restocks and what it brings to the game but Donut2922's right as in many deals get lurked before they even make it here (sometimes). I am just glad I got to see a restock later than when they have been happening lately. Let's make restocks unpredicatable again and get in on the deals. :D
