to open the gates go inside the building across from the bus stop and talk to the guard on the right. Chose invite guests .. that will open the gates.
 
7th, to open the gates talk to the right gate guard guy (I forgot his name). And, I'm pretty sure you both have to be on. I could be wrong.. =x

Ok i got yah, i couldnt open them cos i didnt add anyone yet. Do i have to open it for each person? I thought you could just open to everyone on your list.

I have Peaches. Also I can't find my wireless keyboard.. So to all that come to my town, sorry for the lack of communication. Its really frustrating to try and type w/ the onscreen keypad.
 
sooo... im a bronze member with nook. i have over 400 points, and he still hasnt upgraded. guide says spned 25k, ive spent well over that. anyone have the same problem? anybody have a nook & go with an extra axe i can get?

music, did nook end up upgrading today?
 
yeah, pretty annoying. a couple other forums are saying you have to wait a week, though others in the same forum say they got theirs in less than a week. the whole thing is whack. im annoyed.

im also annoyed by the damn mushroom festival. i have 3, yes 3 mush lamps and 2 forest walls. anyone have some duplicates they want to trade, i dont see how im going to get the whole set before the end of november.

You can time travel to get the mush set if you want. It won't cause much harm to your town.

I really don't know why people are not getting Tom Nook to upgrade. You may have to have yours and others houses upgraded to actually be able to get Tom Nook to upgrade.

Question: What is the most efficient way of making cash? Fishing or catching bugs? My brother seems to be making a ton of cash somehow, really quickly. I don't really understand how, but he just does. I mean one day he has none, then when I see his character again it has like 50k... I guess I'm kind of slow at making cash, but maybe it's because I don't have the patience.
 
dingleberry, either one sounds good to me. dallow, id like to trade so i have the complete set, but youre welcome to it if nobody else can trade.

doenixjpn, i dont want to time travel back to the beginning of the month, i know it really wont do anything, but ya know id like to play the game as its meant to be played.

I've got a extra Mush Lamp and Mush Dresser that I'd be willing to trade for another piece of the Mush series. Ramstoria, I'll give you a dresser for a Forest Wall?

Anyone with fruit other than oranges have their gates open? I've got plenty to give and can use as many foreign fruits as I can get.

Not sure if they'll still be there when you get back from AFK, but I left ya 46 oranges. Figured that should let you make quite a bit assuming you plant them all and they fully grow.

well i got K.K. Faire. requested a song after and didnt get the tape. im hoping that maybe that was just for the first week and from now on we can make requests. anyway, i have a new sig from the kk show, i quite like it.

I had a lot of fun hanging out with Janet, Dmonkey and Strell tonight. Normal conversations are sometimes cut short in the game, but one word mad lib was excellent. I approve!
 
This is annoying!
I'm trying to get into Strell's town but I can't because "There is a conversation going on". How STUPID is that.

GOD I hate when the dumbest things happen. :wall:
