I have an extra Mush Table you can have. I also have a Mush Chair, Mush Closet and two Mush Wall Lamps. I'll check what my fiancée has for extras.

Argh missed the good turnip price...shouldn't of taken that nap. I bought a good half million turnips I need to sell and looks like I'm on a low price this week. :(

I've only saved mushrooms for the festival....figured I'll just catch what I needed the day of...that should be fine right? Is there something important I might need in advance?

I can't believe I'm one away from completing insects! Finally caught the elusive bagworm yesterday. Two more diving and five fish and I'm golden....not til March tho.

This looks like a lot of work. Make perfect snow people? We have to wait till the next day to find out if they were made right?
 
In AC:CF, you could tell if the snowman was perfect by his reaction when you built him.

When the player builds a perfect snowman, he will say one of the following at the beginning:

  • Shivering Snowflakes
  • Yyyyyyaaawwwnnn....
  • Sniff...snuffle

I don't remember how it was in AC:WW or AC:pG.

Having to build four does seem like a lot more work. At least with the snow mama, you can give her as many snowflakes as you can, so maybe it won't take too long to get the ice set. And with the snow papa, you can visit it daily for a new number and visit other people's towns.

The snow baby will probably be the hardest since you need perfect ones of the other three to get anything.

Well I always change the date before playing hoping I would cathc up to real time lol. Last played a few weeks ago.

I think only once I messed up somehow and had turnips spoil, and a new neighbor appear out of nowhere.

 
Redd is in town. He has a scenic painting for sale. Also, I need to have a petition signed. Go Nuts Go or something is the title of it smh

Oh wow I didn't even think to sell to lazy campers...rarely do I get campers but I'll have to remember that.

And I hardly ever get gold nuggets..I think I only have five golden furniture pieces and used em for a gold piggy bank.

I'm going to be around tomorrow afternoon for a little bit before work....if anyone had a good turnip prices let me know. :)

HOLY CRAP YOU GUYS I CAN FINALLY BUILD THE FORTUNE HOUSE PWP! :whee:  Did it without any tricks- no TTing, no resetting, no making alts! :whee:

Still no extra Mush Lamp. :(  Will alert you ASAP if I find one.  I have a spare stool and a wall.  I also have extra wall lamp, bed, TV, closet, and I believe dresser as well.

Clock is back to Thursday at 10 til noon. Gate is open. Turnips at 193 now, but will be 450 soon. Too early for the meteor shower though.

Miranda I would love love to come sell my turnips if you open again...anything is better than my low pattern this week. I know my sister's need to sell too...if you come on maybe you wouldn't mind adding them.
 
I can open again. I'll set the clock to 7 pm so that there's a meteor shower too. I added one of your sisters already, just give me FC(s) and I'll add.

EDIT: Open again. Meteor shower starts in about 13 minutes. I'll have to close my gate to add any new FCs. I'll be afk.

awesome i will be over as soon as I pick up all my turnips off the beach!  ;)  I forgot that you had added Manuka already...  I didn't get a hold of my other sister so she's out of luck  lol  and I'm not wasting time tracking her down since I got Elder Scolls beta playing tonight!  Both my sisters live out of state so gaming kinda brings us together i guess.

 
I was only gonna close at 3:30 if nobody visited by then so I could play more of the Ace Attorney DLC case. But since I know people will be visiting now, I'll leave it open until you're done selling. No rush, so take as much time as you need. It's 8 pm in my town now, so Re-tail closes in 3 hours.

I opened my gates if anyone would like to visit.  Free stuff at train station and I have a camper (koala bear).  I'll be away TRYING to play elder scrolls online....so far i'm just getting server errors.  errr

 
Finally was able to obtain a Mush Lamp for my town. The Mush set is finally complete for me. If anyone happens to have an extra Mush Hanger please do let me know.

I appreciate you looking out for me! I can't believe it took this long to get a Mush Lamp in my town. I know for a fact a Mush Hanger has never come through my town. If Miranda hadn't given me a hanger I may have never gotten one by waiting for it to show up in my town.

 
I've been lucky to get one of every mush item in my town - today would've been the day I completed the set if I didn't already get the closet and end table from Explicit.

I just found out that you can fall into holes without pitfalls in them.

1. Dig hole next to stump

2. Sit on stump

3. Face the hole

4. Get off stump while still facing the hole

I found this out because I was curious to see if you could get off of a stump if holes were dug around you or if it would show that animation where your character is stuck (if something's blocking you). I guess they made it this way so people can't trap you while you're sitting on a stump.

Oh man, I'm going to try that right now!

I managed to catch all of the fish for the Harvest Festival, though I'm going to catch some extras on the day for things like Butter, Flour, etc.  I still need to do some diving though :S

I still need a Mush Table though for the complete set. I have every one except that one, yet I keep getting End Tables ;_;

Oh well.  I guess I'll do some diving tonight or tomorrow, depending on my progress with ALBW.

 
Annabelle is leaving on the first of this month if anyone wants her.  Redd has a legit famous painting and a legit valiant statue.  Already have both so someone else can buy them if they want.  Turnips are 146 bells.

I have an extra Mush Table you can have. If anyone has an extra Mush Hanger I'd like to buy it. Also I just saw my first snow flurry. Kind of exciting for some reason.
 
I had some snow flurries the day that notice was posted on my bulletin board. It started snowing in my town today.

I haven't seen another mush hanger in my town for a while and I've only ever had one table.

 
My villagers keep giving me fruit or things I already have for giving them fish. I got vinegar from Ozzie once, but I need the other stuff I can't catch/collect myself like milk, etc.

Happy thanksgiving!  Going to try to get a moment to play before I head to work tonight.  I didn't stock up on anything except the mushrooms so i'll see how it goes....

I finished up the harvest festival. Took about an hour to get the cornucopia, but mostly because I just kept resetting to get Franklin to give me easy dishes that didn't require more than one villager supplied ingredient. I might try it again with other characters to see how long it takes without any preparation in advance, but I'm done for now.

I had:

fruit salad

bouillabaisse (fish soup)

sautéed sea bass

banana tart

Villagers kept giving me things I already had - fruit, beehives, mushrooms. So it might take a few tries to get things like vinegar, milk, sugar, etc.

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Took an hour for myself as well. The hardest part is hoping you find the fish requested. It seemed like 8 out of 10 times what I needed was what I fished for the first time which was nice.

Boxden Courses:

Mixed Salad
Shellfish Cream Soup
Olive Flounder Meunière
Cherry Pie

I got the fruit basket off the first course and the Cornucopia after the last dish, which I guess is supposed to happen. I'm about to do this in my fiancée's town. We don't receive anything from Isabelle today right?

Mushroom salad, mushroom bisque, olive flounder meuniere, and coconut tart here.  Really ended up being a waste grabbing so many ingredients beforehand, now to sell em all to get rid of them. :p
