Explicit found out that you can't get a bingo card by visiting another town if you failed making a snowman in your own town. I don't know if the snowman will still give you the number if you have a bingo card and still fail at making a snowman for the day.

I put on the hero outfit when making it too so I can get an idea of the snowball size in relation to the ears on the hat (for the big snowman).

Yes, I'll open for a bit.  My smowman is to the right of the gate.

The snowman has to be perfect.  You can build a slightly less then perfect snowman, but he won't give you a number. The smowman lasts for 4 days I think. He will give you a different number everyday.

This, I am basically fucked. I also have a lot of trees everywhere. So I tried for a while tonight again to make one but failed miserably. Didn't see any dung beetles either. I think I might just give up honestly, it was too frustrating.

You can sell the snowflakes. I think I'll only build the snow lady in my town when it's actually snowing. That way I don't get stuck with a bunch of snowflakes.

Thanks for helping to clean up the mess!

I really need to get rid of the things on the ground. I'll never get perfect town with stuff there, but I'm kind of waiting until after I get the last weed pulling badge before I work on that. Then I can switch my ordinance to beautiful town so I don't have to water flowers anymore.

I'll have to pick and choose who I let visit from reddit. I always worry about someone trying to screw over your town.

Thanks for staying open so late. I got 49 around 12:30am ET.

I built another Big Snowman today, so I have 2 numbers, 10 and 20.

I also caught a Dung Beetle after several tries this morning.

It seems to snow sporadically throughout the day

 
Made a snowmam yesterday and then spent the rest of the day chasing snowflakes. Today, I made a snowman and I guess I messed up. He told me I was just off having a perfectly balanced snowman. Now, he won't give me anything.

Sometimes that happens, but usually in my town, once it stops snowing/raining, it won't again until another day.

My number today is 43. I don't have my 3DS right now though. I know Explicit's fiancée needs 43, so I'll post again when my gate is open.

It's snowing and my town looks gloomy and hazy. Nintendo went all out trying to make this look life like. Well except for the animals walking around :p
 
I was catching snowflakes in a town that has a snowmam, but didn't stay long when I found out it was made imperfectly and wanted 5 of them. It took a while to find that many in that town since I stuck to walking on the paths.

My gate is open for anyone who wants number 43 - south of my plaza. There's a Santa hat at Able's if anyone needs it.

Yes, you can do that, so you'll at least be able to get the ice set. :) If someone has a perfect snowmam, she'll only need 3 snowflakes, otherwise she'll want 5.

I'm not sure if she works like the snowman where you need to build a good snowperson yourself in order to get something.

I built a snowboy earlier today, so when I talked to the snowmam in the other town she didn't say if she had any other requirements besides the 5 snowflakes. Hopefully she'll let you give her some snowflakes.

EDIT: I'm closing my gate for now. If anyone needs 43 for their bingo card, let me know!

After all of this snowpeople stuff, I forgot that I still need to talk to the animals to get the other half of their Toy Day requests. I'll have to do that sometime.
