I received mine today, i got a black and red "deck". THey are not really a deck because they are only 30 cards each they are more like booster packs on drugs

These are starter decks, correct? as in 30 cards, specificallly selected to make a decent playthrough? ((translation, this should have NO rare or hard to find cards, just pre-constructed cards known to work well together, same in every deck?))
