Just an FYI, the TERA collector's edition is now on clearance for $39.99 and with the coupon, only $9.99. Pretty amazing deal if you can find one.

I actually tried earlier, and no dice for me. The coupon wouldn't work with the SKU and they told me it had to, or that means it's only for the regular edition. I guess if you were lucky with an override though, you def. could.
Amazingly, KoA still shows in stock at a BB over an hour from me and has been since the sale started. May try and get up there Sunday to see if I can get a copy.
I'd call before making that trip. One of my local BBYs has 4 KoAs listed in the system, but no physical copies anywhere in the store. They do, however, have a lot of used copies. I think they converted them before the coupons were active.

The coupon doesn't state it only works with the regular version. I picked up 2 copies at 2 different stores on 2 different days and never had a problem (didn't require an override). That's odd that you did.

Really? At the 39.99 price point? I was even watching him and the coupon just stayed at $0.00. The first time he forgot to scan my RZ card. The 2nd time he did, and it just stayed at $39.99 and the coupon just had a 0.00 amount both times.
Actually, it's 10 different months of coupons. This issue happens to be one of two where 2 months are into 1 magazine.
OK, that clears that up. Is there a justification on Bestbuy's end of to why they do that? Special mega gamer edition or something. Or is it just to fill up two months with one magazine.

I will be sure to do that. I really thought BB still had more in their warehouses so we'd see some restocks...guess not.

Really enjoying KoA. Plays a lot like Fable and really enjoying the art style. Seems to be a really big game so far about 10 hours in.

I saw Street Fighter x Tekken Special Edition on sale for $34.99. Would the $20 off coupon in the Gamer Mag work on that version?

It's b/c there's not much game news or new releases in July or December.

Its a little like Fable but much deeper. Very good game and a great price. I'm as happy with this buy as I was Batman AC for 10.
If someone nabs SFxTekken I'll trade them my Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3.
Damn, wish I had seen this before I left, would have totally been about this.

Ended up trading in my KoA to gamestop during the +$5 deal

Just don't have the time or desire to start more RPGs anymore, and there really was nothing about it that made it stand out to me

Got Fable III for $5. It rang up $18 at first, so I told the gaming department guy that it was $15 online. He adjusted the price, but even then, the coupon only reduced the price to $8. I had to pay the $8, then go to custome service for a price match thing. What a hassle. But I still got it and so it was fine.

Still looking for a 360 version of Amular myself, manager told me two weeks ago they had 50 more on order...whatever. Grabbed the PS3 version that I had stashed behind Michael Jackson Experience. Anyone wants to swap, hit me up.
what happen to the FAQs in the OP? I don't remember if you can pricematch another stores price and still use coupon.
No. That's called "double dipping".

Yo. Give me a couple of days to do that return/rebuy and I'm your huckleberry.

So I went back to pick up another Tera CE for my wife with another coupon and this time it didn't work. I had picked up two now and both times it went right through so I don't know what happened. They wouldn't budge on the coupon either ... I was pretty upset. Almost went to the service desk but figured it was meant for some other happy player so I let it be. I'll just give my wife the extra one I got for my collection.

Well, that and because they gave me a free copy of Kingdom's of Amalur because it was marked 29.99 and they let me use my $30 off coupon.

most likely bestbuy don't want ppl to use the coupon on collectors editions of the game, and limiting it to regular copies only

Yeah I figured, but the coupon doesn't specifically state that. I've used plenty of @gamer coupons before on CE's. I coulda fought it but I'm not that kinda person.

i mean honestly with the coupon, they are already selling the regular edition for $10

I'm so glad I got Koa:R, I instantly got addicted to it. To me it felt like a mixture of my favorite aspects of Fable and Skyrim combined into one mega game. I love how you can salvage weapons and armor(if you raise blacksmithing) and turn it into new custom gear. The game is really customizable, and you can make the adventure anything you want it to be. I've already put 30 hours into it, and I'm not even halfway done yet. Such a huge world, plus there's 2 additional DLCs that I might get once I beat the game. For $10, it was a fucking steal.

Hmm, still $55 for Skylanders, but with 2 free characters, that adds some value.

And I'll be traveling in 2 weeks, and I see 360/PC KoA at some stores in that area. Hopefully they'll last...
not on best buy. less than a week for sure, maybe only a few days.
no it actually has. I remeber thinking to myself, "should I cave in and buy a copy for $20" and then decided that would be one of the dumbest things I would do this year. This was more than a week ago, perhaps more like 3

I feel the exact same way. I enjoyed Fable but found it way too easy, and found Skyrim to be really repetitive and boring, but so far I'm really enjoying Reckoning. Definitely worth every penny and I will probably grab the DLC at some point (hoping for a sale but not sure it'll happen). Couldnt be more pleasantly surprised from the game though

Ditto that. It has definitely been more than a week.

I've been very tempted, but will probably pick it up used to spite Capcom.
When does the coupons last because I still don't have my magazine? Is it August 7?
No offense... but this is literally THE FIRST LINE IN THE OP:

Didn't see this anywhere, but can you price match and use a gamer's club coupon? For instance, Gamestop has Street Fighter X Tekken for $29.99 and then using the coupon I could get it for $9.99.

Any help would be appreciated.

Best Buy's system will not accept a coupon if they do a price match. You may be able to get some sort of manager override, but probably not.

doesnt hurt to try though. I might actually try to do that, IF the gaming guy isnt this one asshole that I know. Thanks for the idea
I'm kinda bummed this issue lasts so long. I wanna see some new deals.
No.

After all their deals, this is a good thing!

Um yes it has been. The online price updated at least 2 weeks ago
