Got one this year. Figuresvsince I don't actually have anything I want to buy from best buy this would be the year I got it
 
what status are you at best buy, and what was the header for email, I remember last time getting one but couldn't figure out the determining factor was.

If people start posting their UPC bar code number you can figure out the small $5 one pretty quick. Just post the last 4 or 5 digits. At least that's how it went last time.

Edit: I’m going to go with the theory that they’ll be sending out the biggest ones after all the crappy low value ones ;)

Slickdeals said last year you could add anything to your cart and checkout as guest to add the cert, but I couldn't figure out where during checkout as guest to add the cert.
 
Thanks OP for the heads up, pulled the gift cert out of my spam folder. Anyone know how much is a promo UPS ending in 7312 worth?

edit: 3126, I read the UPC wrong. $5 for me.

Yep. Barcode in step 1, gives the value. Step 2 shows ur my best buy member number. Step 3 is certificate code.
 
Never get these. Did get a birthday email from them this morning for 10% off a single item (that has a ton of exclusions).
