I went with someone else and we both bought gift cards with our mystery certs at two different cashiers. One processed just fine but the other cashier must have not scanned it right...or not in the right order b/c it did the same thing and showed up $0 on the register. They had to re-scan one of the bar codes and then it took the $5 off.

So probably cashier error.

I used mine last night. It showed $0 next to the certificate but the price of the item itself was cut by $5.

Got $5, and used that along with another $10 in RZ credit to pick up Cuphead. I also managed to get my GCU discount on the game despite being digital.
