Do I have to be a Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] member to qualify?
Yes, in order to qualify for the promotion customers must be a Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] member at the time the pre-order is picked up or shipped.

If I am not a member of the Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked], how do I join?
You can only sign up for Gamer’s Club [Unlocked] in store. If you are signing up the day you pick up an eligible pre-order, the pre-order exchange and [Unlocked] sale must be completed on the same receipt.

Is this offer available for both in-store and BestBuy.com purchases?
Yes! Pre-orders and purchases placed both in-store and on BestBuy.com qualify.

Does it count on all editions of the game?
The offer is applicable on all Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game such as special editions, limited editions, collector’s editions, etc. (subject to availability). PC, Wii, or any other platform of any of the titles does not qualify as a purchase towards this promotion.

Can I purchase multiple of the same title and still qualify for the promotion?
You can only receive one $20 certificate for each individual title, regardless of version or platform.

There are twelve titles on this list. Can I get 12 $20 certificates if I pre-order and purchase all of them?
Yes! With this offer, members are eligible for up to 12,000 Bonus Reward Zone points if they pre-order and purchase all games.

How long does this promotion run?
The promotion will end 7 days after the last game is released.

When will I get my certificates?
Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] members will receive their $20 certificate approximately 30 days from the date of pick up or shipping of each title as it is released.

Will I still receive my regular RZ points for making the purchases?
Yes, customers will still receive everyday points per the Reward Zone program rules.

Am I still eligible for all additional offers that might be available for the new games such as DLCs or free merchandise?

If I return any of the games, will I still be eligible?

Yes. A pre-order and/or purchase with a Best Buy gift card or Reward Zone certificates will count as an eligible purchase toward the $20 bonus certificate offer. The Reward Zone program rules regarding earning points when a gift card or certificate is used still apply.

If I find a lower price on the game will Best Buy price match?
Yes! Best Buy has a price match guarantee which can be found here.

If I receive a price match from an in-store or BestBuy.com purchased game, will I still qualify for the $20 bonus certificate?
Yes. A price match done in-store or on BestBuy.com within policy will not affect your eligibility for the $20 bonus certificate.

^Try the above link, it should show black ops 2 under 2012 titles. By the way I don't understand what you mean by the OP not being very detailed on the black ops 2 pre-order situation. I have the black ops 2 pre-order bonuses that BB offers listed, in addition to the $20 RZ credit plus I have that Q/A about the black ops 2 $20 RZ promo availability under the FAQ section for awhile. I have moved it up to the top and highlight it in red just now so people shouldn't make up any more excuses.
 
I really hate how long it takes to get your $20 cert. I was hoping to use the $20 from Halo 4 on Black Ops 2, but my cert won't be available until 12/11 which is absolute BS!

I understand where you're coming from but they do that so people won't buy the game, get their $20, and then return it. On a different note, I had an employee show me a list of the Spring 2013 $20 RW deal. I remember a few games like Dead Space 3, Metal Gear Solid:Revengence, Bioshock: Infinite, GTA V, Crysis 3, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and Gears of War Judgement.
 
Just a quick question. My store is doing a midnight opening for BLOPS II, and was wondering how that works? Do I have to be there at a certain time? Or can I just show up at 11:30pm and just hang for 30 mins? Thanks :)
 
When do you get the dogtags and nuketown pre-order bonuses for blackops 2 because I didn't get anything at time of pre-order? Did anyone else get anything at time of pre-order other than call of duty mag?

Anyone buy the bundle for Halo 4 last week online (game,Gold card,800points) and have their points for$20 post? I did it in-store but they left off the 800 points so I am wary of doing it like that again (still got my RZ points though).

Pre-order the games online a couple week in advance and you'll get your points quicker.

Doesn't work that way. I preordered Halo 4 back in June and I just have the points pending i.e. not useable.

All of my points have been turning into certificates exactly 15 days after my purchases. I have no idea why, it just started happening a month or two ago. Works out pretty awesome for this deal though. I think I have gotten almost all of the $20 pre-order games now. I will probably pre-order Far Cry 3 even though my interest in it isn't too high.

The nuketown pre-order bonuses will be packaged in with the game.

I also want to know the answer to the dog tag. I ordered the Care Package edition back in September. I assume I won't be getting it since it is not on my order page?
 
Thanks aznxsa2587 for clearing that up. I (surprisingly) am still able to pre-order BO2 for In-Store and was about to come in asking about the pre-order promo (Nuketown, not the $20, I know it's part of the promo even if it's not listed) because in my cart it doesn't have a separate order for a Nuketown code. Like with Dishonored and NBA 2K13 the codes and the USB thing were listed as different orders, but for AC3 and this there is no mention of the code being included with the order, so know that I know the code is with the game and not an email I'll be able to just go ahead and pre-order after I log in with my GCU stuff.
 
Just took a look at my Halo 4 purchase and I have 2660 points pending from that purchase. I have a "XBox Live Point Bonus" in the amount of 1600 pending from that purchase as well. Anyone else have this?

I pre-ordered the regular edition in-store a few months ago and got the dog tags while I was there (but I don't think the $20 RZ cert was even active at that time, so no idea if my pre-order will qualify for that).

Wow, if this holds for BO2, I might just do this. An extra 1600 points?? Did you pay $100 for the bundle as well?

My points have been all over the place this past week. Fluctuating up and down for what seems to be no reason.
 
Got my Halo 4 price match to $49.99 today (thanks Toys R Us). I plan to get my Black Ops 2 the same treatment. God I love the $20 RZ promotion!
 
I'm going to pick up the normal COD instead of the Hardened. Knowing I can get it for $50 day one, I'd rather wait on the map then spend $30 on it.

I'm kind of disappointed this promo is one cert per title per account. I'm buying BLOPS 2 for myself and I'd love to preorder another copy tomorrow for my bro as in early Christmas gift to get another $20, but we both have PS3s :(

My pre-order for Black Ops 2 is on my reward zone account but it doesnt list the 1000 points for the pre-order promotion. I'll wait until after I receive the game and if its still not posted, I'll call them up.

You can exchange fine, unless you mean buy 1 of each system. Then exchange the 360 version so you have 2 PS3 version, not sure if that would work.

I exchanged RE6 360 just fine for ps3 version, still got my certificate with no trouble.

Huhhhh...I may do that then. Ill wanna pick mine up, hopefully PMing TRU while I'm at it, then pick up the 360 copy PM'ing that as well.

Then just exchange the 360 copy for a PS3 copy on the next transaction. hopefully STILL netting me the $20 cert from the 360 preorder.
