Best Game Value 2009

Also going with Williams Pinball Hall Of Fame for 360/PS3 - even at $40, that game has given me more value than my cheapass finds all year. Addicting as anything, even the older tables. Every table has just enough differences and play mechanics to make them all worth spending time on them. And the goals are just more carrots to chase.
 
Borderlands. Picked it up cheap on Steam with a 4pack and have sunk many many hours into it. Secondary nomination Torchlight. $5 on Steam for this awesome game. Nuff said.
 
I want to say Dragon Age Origins because I'm still not finished with it. But I have to say Sonic's Genesis Collection. The Phantasy Star games alone were worth it.
 
Uncharted 2. Best single player game in a long time (easily the best this generation) as well as a kickass online mode too!
 
Fallout GOTY. Trade in the original for $25 the week it ships and buy it for $40 the following month. THAT's value.

Dragon Age came close since Black Friday cut its price by about half within a couple weeks of its release.
 
Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection - $30 for ~50 mostly good Genesis games with easy trophies/achievements and a lot of extras that help make these games easier to play now.
Plants vs. Zombies - Easily offers 50+ hours of great content for $9.99 or less.
Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition - Offered $50 worth of DLC with the full game for $60 total for a good 100+ hours of post-apocalyptic RPG fun.
 
Team Fortress 2 I turn my back and there is some new patch with more weapons and unlocks this game is 2 years old and still continues to be the most played game in my gaming library.

Fallout 3 for all the add-on packs that keep making this game a never ending adventure. The Fallout world keeps getting larger and I am more in the whole with time spent with this game.
