I know Amazon will win but voted Best Buy.
Best Buy's online CS is good. The mods over at that forums put up with so much shit and some of the most idiotic dumbass complaints and questions on an official forum. The BBY team really put in work.
Amazon CS is "good" because people will get credit just for bitching. If not try again and another CSR who doesn't know a thing about the gaming related issue will give you credit!

Amazon. Every time I turn around I'm hearing another great story about how they made something right with a customer. They constantly are giving me credit too, even for things they didn't really NEED to! Example, I ordered FFXIII-2, it initially had $10 credit attached, but AFTER it already shipped, they changed it to $20 ... talk about awesome.
