I'm going to waddle to the gas station down the road with a pocket full of quarters to take a shit and pray to any gods there may be that they sell plungers.

I need to get a copy of Ikaruga for the cube before the revolution comes out...

Good luck with that -- the best lead I'd found on that was that some Walmarts might have them in the back of the case and they ring up for like $15. Haven't found a Wallyworld with one yet though. :whistle2:|

The gods were not with me. Not only did they not have plungers, but it started to rain on the way home. Atleast I got a donut and an icee.

there's one near me that has one of those ungodly bins full of games and I wouldn't be surprised if there were some gems at the bottom...there's no way I'm sifting through all of it though. I'll just have one sent from a gamestop and get it for $25.

Can't wait to be able to play it again :)

one one is from season 2?
Jesus... I didnt know they had changed costumes that many times...

Update on the Crapper Crisis. I put some Comet in the bowl to help with the smell and hopefully eat its way through what evers in there... Shortly thereafter, I had to pee. I did not know peeing on Comet made it foam.

ummm, I think peeing on comet makes some kind of gas...someone fact check that before Kayden kills himself with his own urine ;-)

I woke up thinking it's 12:30, so I go downstairs, make me some eggs n' waffles, and lo and behold, the oven clock says 1:30...

Ooh, I don't know. Chlorine is a pretty nasty gas. When I was a kid we had a puppy that urinated on the floor and my dad mistakenly used bleach on the region. The interaction between the ammonia and bleach put out enough chlorine to give me a headache and mess up my sense of smell for the rest of the day. It was a relatively little amount of piss, too. I think it's well within reason that, in an enclosed space like a bathroom, it could become a real concern. That is, if Comet has chlorine bleach in it...

I don't believe it's ever been conclusively proven.

Yes, the ventilation in the bathroom would play heavily into it, and the active amount of both reacting chemicals. I do believe Kayden would be in line for one of the ignoble award if he managed to piss himself to death.
:( Damnation, can we go back in time and switch places?
There's always next time. Hip-hop loves Austin. I missed a Common Sense/Kweli concert @ Stubb's in 2003 that I'll never forgive myself for, but last night almost made up for it.

So don't worry.

I wouldn't doubt it'd happen to me of all people.

Damn, that show would've been insane. I'm still a lil' bitter about Common not staying with the Touch the Sky Tour. Especially because he would have been the only good opener.

Tah-Key-toe
How do you pronounce "taquito"?

Ta-kee-toe.

or.

Ta-kwee-toe.

Or.

Something else.

?

I think it's somewhere in between ta-kee-toe and ta-kwee-toe.
That's impossible. There's only a one letter difference between the two.

My friends in Buffalo begged me to come up for the show there, but I abhore Kanye West's rapping. And then Com left like you said... yeah.
Or Ms Fat BoOOTy.
Damn, I woulda paid a lot of money to see Common Sense. I love his old stuff, anyone know if he's doing his own tour? I'm with you about Kanye, some of his stuff is good like 'Two Words' but I ain't feeling the whole "Heard Em' Say" and "Golddiger" shit.

Defintely "tah-key-toe."

Watch more Invader Zim.

Or talk to more Mexicans.

I am allowed to say that because I am dating one. :p

Though she calls them something else occassionally, and it takes me a bit to realize what she is getting at. I can't remember offhand.

Edit: "Flautas."

Ta-kvee-toe. ;)

I would just call it a rolled taco.

Damn you guys. All that talk about Disney movies on Friday had me chasing down Beauty and the Beast and Lion King DVDs all weekend. Stupid "collectible" out of print Disney DVDs.

I never did make a list. Hmm...

Let's go with Aladdin, Oliver and Company, Hercules, Tarzan, and...how about The Great Mouse Detective, just to pick an oddball one? :)

I'm still a Disney fan, and probably will be for a long time. As long as they don't ruin whatever input Lasseter and the rest of the Pixar guys have, the immediate future looks promising. :)

Why didn't anyone tell me that "Cracked Rear View" is a great album? Hootie and the Blowfish for $3 was a good idea.

I think my top 5 list would be(no particular order and animated "classics" only):

Beauty and the Beast
Aladdin
The Little Mermaid
Lady and the Tramp (did manage to find it this weekend and bought it but its still in print so not that big a deal, I got it for cheap though!)
The Lion King
Bambi (ok top 6 then)

I'd have to say my top 5 Disney movies (animated only, not computer-whatevered):

Lion King
Oliver and Company
Alice in Wonderland
Aladdin
Aristocats
The Lion King is OOP? I still need to pick up Beauty & The Beast myself.
Lion King went out of print Jan. 2005
Beauty and the Beast went out of print Jan. 2003 (not only that but it was announced as a 10 year moratorium when it went OOP!)

Ebay and Amazon are about the only places to find it. I'm going to look at a few more used DVD stores and pawnshops in town but I think I'm gonna have to bite the bullet and go to Ebay.

Well, on a lot of OOT stuff from major studios, you have to consider that there's two new formats coming out, and they want to make money, so it's entirely possible that something being in the "vault" like Disney likes to do doesn't necessarily mean it won't show up on HD-DVD or BluRay.
