Borderlands 2 - Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep - 6/25 - 800 pts.

I had the BAR reset, so I should be looking at getting some "free" tokens and 10 keys? Sounds good to me. I lost about a dozen keys, so that'll be nice.

Yeah, as long as you can trigger the fix by continuing a game with a character whose challenge progress calculates to more than your current BAR total**. You'll also get back any missing head/skin rewards (not those picked up, and not sure about the SHiFT Halloween ones).

If you have multiple characters, you'll need to continue a game with each of them (after triggering the fix) in order to restore their BAR and heads/skins.

GBX is urging people that lost more than 10 keys to file a ticket at support.gearboxsoftware.com (after the update) to obtain the remainder.

** The fix won't trigger in certain situations, such as playing a new/multiple characters after the BAR reset and having since accumulated more BAR than any single character's challenge progress represents :(

...and lost stash items are gone for good.

I never understood all the hate for the bee. Sure, it's powerful but I don't believe it reduces the multiplayer experience because it is co-op and certainly doesn't kill a solo game experience.

LOL @ at a second Bee nerf. If I had to make a list of words ruined due to gaming 'balance', 'adapt', 'overpowered' and 'variety' would be locked in a four way eternal struggle for the very top.

Nice that those are now attainable at non-ebay prices. Have always been curious about the CS dome.

Passing on all paid DLC, myself, in hopes of a massive GOTY down the road.

 • Reduced Amplify damage
 • Additional miscellaneous balance tweaks.
Challenges
 • Added "(undiscovered)" entries to the challenge log for challenges that the player has not yet found.
 • Fixed challenges showing inaccurate completion amounts for area-specific challenges.
 • Players can now reset all challenge progress for a character once they've completed 85% of all non-DLC, non-area-specific challenge levels. This will keep the player's current challenge bonuses and rank, but reset all challenge progress to 0 and allow challenges to be re-completed for additional ranks and bonuses. This option will appear as a tooltip at the bottom of the “challenges” screen within the status menu if the player has met the criteria.

Face Off - Completed the mission: "The Fall of Nakayama" (Bronze trophy)
Been there - Discovered all named locations in Hammerlocks Hunt. (Silver trophy)
Done that - Completed all Hammerlocks hunt side missions. (Gold trophy)

I wish they would start actually trying with these acheivements/trophies.

Yeah they are a little bland. Especially considering the writers come up with such brilliant dialogue you would think they could get creative. Maybe it is the easiest way to get the DLC out fast.

Maybe the DLC will drop when the Season pass is on sale for the 360 (at least that is the thought). I won't complain about paying $30 for the DLC because I love the game but I should have known this would happen since GoW 3 did the same thing last year. I am not going to tell any company how to run their business but it would be appreciated if they put out all DLC before dropping the price on a "Season Pass".

Thanks for the reference to the season pass sale. Had not seen that thread yet.

Although the thought of using discounted points to buy a discounted season pass which represents discounted DLC (discount triple-check?) warms my heart, it really is a way to alienate a dedicated fanbase.

I just wonder how much content WILL NOT be included in the season pass. I mean, 3/4 of the campaign DLC will possibly hit the street in the first 3.5 mo after release. Does that mean the bulk of the next 8.5 mo (or whatever) will be spent generating stuff that will cost MORE? Character classes 6/7/8...? Will we need a 2nd season pass?
damn borderlands 2 season pass is already on sale? I need to stop buying season passes and just wait
I just got the PAX complimentary pass off ebay just last week for $18, had to holla at 2K Games because it took 2 days before they sent me an Xbox code to redeem, finally got it, and a week later I got a second season pass code via email lol

Another shift code tweeted/posted on Facebook by gearbox for winning awards.

@GearboxSoftware: Xbox 360 SHiFT Code for 5 Golden Keys (!) in Borderlands 2: W3KTJ-FZ9CS-XS6BR-K6JJ3-XCFXT

Thanks. Glad I did not send in my Amazon trade yet...yes I am trading it for now. Until there is a level cap raise I am just not interested in playing right now. Since I paid $20 on BF and they are going to give me $35 I thought why not.

I'm still slowly getting around to playing the dlc with my nephew. We are almost finished with the first dlc I think. So while I'm really in no hurry for more content - I'll gladly welcome it if it comes with a level cap increase!

Also - I really don't see a huge difference in the bee shield when used with my smgs - which I mostly use. I do notice it with the shotgun though. Also - is anybody seeing maybe a slight increase in better drops? Or is that just my imagination/luck?

Awesome. The more Borderlands the better, I say. If the third and fourth DLCs only have 125 gamerscore each I'd say that's a pretty good indicator that they're leaving room for a second "season" of DLC.
well that's great and suckie at the same time for season and non season pass holders.
Yeah, I haven't regretted many recent game purchases more than my BL2 Season Pass. I thought it was going to go away when the first DLC dropped (someone hinted at that :bomb:) so I jumped on it before the Pirate stuff. I played through that one, but I haven't even touched the game since before the second DLC came out. I'm sure I'll get to it eventually but with my character capped I have little incentive to do so. I wish I had at least waited for the upcoming Season Pass sale.

Anyway, lesson learned - never again will I buy a so-called "season pass" for any game.

I keep saying that but then some game ropes me in. At least I did not for Max Payne 3 or Assassin's Creed 3. Definitely won't for Gears.
The first dlc was free and now the second. I got my season pass money worth ;)
Pirates was not free? The Mechromancer was for pre-orders. There are 2 more DLCs left.

I never met a game that justified the purchase of a Season Pass and can confidently say I never will. No way in hell I'm paying up front for the promise of DLC I might find worthwhile. The sooner the general public realizes how much of a blatant cash grab they truly are the better off we'll all be in the future.

The Earth has unbelievably not exploded, so here are some SHiFT codes for a Golden Key in Borderlands 2. If you didn't already receive these in the email Friday they're new to you!

PC / Mac: WTCBB-H5WHC-5F3T3-TBT3T-HR6TJ
Xbox 360: WBKJT-SSZ5S-6S6B6-5FTTB-X5KSC
PlayStation 3: CTC33-TZH9K-TW553-STKJ3-RJ3H5

quick question about the DLCs thats already been released, should i play them after i beat the game or should i play them before. (still my 1st play through in the game)

also im looking for coop experience, currently lvl 24 about to do the wildlife preserve mission send me a pm ... GT AnonymousDotCom mention that ur from CaG

Scarlett capped at like 31ish for the first playthrough, so if you're in the low 30s, I'd probably do it then.

Our secondary characters were like 36ish when the DLC hit, so we were way overleveled for it, and got like 1-2xp per kill.

I'm almost done with my first play through, currently lvl 26. It looks like both DLC's can be done right after. Can the 3rd one, Sir Hammerlock, be done after the first play through too or do you have to be lvl 50 for that?

Let’s kick the New Year off right with SHiFT codes for a Golden Key in Borderlands 2!
Xbox 360 SHiFT Code: C3CT3-TTBF9-RH6JF-WF3T3-XR3T9

sure, why not lol.

Ran through some Scarlet DLC in co-op, lol love the story and characters (not just the NPCs but the enemies too (ie)cursed pirate) ). I have about 30 keys now, hmm think I should use a few haha.

So I started a new playthrough with the Mechromancer and I have to say I love her class. Yeah it is a bit newbie when playing an Anarchy/BFF build but it is so much fun. My Axton was more like throw that turret out to soften things up and then clean up but with Gaige I am right in the thick of it all the time and I keep pushing to keep DT out with the upshot robot skill. Never played the first gamewith a different class but eventually I may try them all in BL2. Salvador is really the only class that I am kind of meh about. Cannot wait till Jan 15.

Yeah I love mechro. She's the only reason I bought this game

Do I need to kill that invincible dude in the pirate DLC to get the achievement of completing all tasks btw?
fuck master gee, what a pain in my ass.
