yea, two nights ago was awesome, i had a friend over so i was kinda talking to him on the side also. and i kept trying to spell dick, but it wouldn't let me. i did D\CK, D|(K, and this weird C for many instances. and just kept trying to do it, but it wouldn't let me :( surprised IW let that other one in :roll:

would of been on last night.... but i was at a pool party :D

with real live woman :hot:

and my team was horrible at the ranked chicken matches :(

twen, i am angry with you. i got zero praise for my UAV jammer AK-74u from you on backlot last night. also, sorry you had to experience those first two rounds, we played rather sloppy when we lost that overgrown match by 5 kills against that one clan, so when you ended up on the other team the next round, you had to get beat bad. i don't think we beat them bad enough with a 750 - 490, but we did have to pick you up on our team instead of staying and crushing them again.

Sorry twen, I love you and all but its really hard to enjoy the game when all you can hear is you playing Smoke on the Water.

I've got to say that tonight was hella fun with our pistols only deathmatches. It was really surprising that we actually won all but one or two of the 12 or so matches we played like that. I am fully confident that I could play any match using nothing more than a Desert Eagle and hold my own on the team after tonight.

But yes, everything rocked last night,...even Metal Gear Online... Even though it took us about an hour to play a half an hour game. Uggghhh, the PS network is atrocious right now!

do you have it on a desktop or a laptop?

if its a desk top, i might have to come down some time and play a game, to see if it works with my laptop. if so, then you will most likely be able to play with us.

because my friend, chris, has vista, and its won't let his computer join games with us, and our dell laptops.
 
I have to try and speed through to the desert eagle for the next time we do that. I got killed several times because I stopped to pick one up.

I can't believe I was doing better than I normally do with all the weapons. Towards the end I wasn't doing so well but the team was still winning. Most fun I have had in a while on COD4.

Yeah, the round we did the silenced/jammed setup I didn't do nearly as well with the M9 as I did with the Desert Eagle. I'm thinking the USP is possibly the best of the other pistols as the M9 doesn't really do enough damage.

I've got to say, calling in air strikes using nothing more than a handgun is possibly the most satisfying way to do it.
 
I only got two airstrikes with the pistols and they happened at the very end of matches so I didn't get to use them. My most satisfying kill was on crossfire, we were tied at 740 and I lobbed a grenade out into the street and it exploded right next to a guy for the win.

I was only doing it to make fun of JQA, since he's played his guitar so many times. Plus you can at least hear what I'm playing.

yeah, the m9 is pretty pathetic, but if you need extra ammo for the mp5 it is great to carry since they share it. i personally like the usp.45 better than the desert eagle overall, but they are both great weapons. the only thing more satisfying than an airstrike or helicopter from a pistol is going on 15-20 kill streaks with them.

You would think that SONY/developers would just copy XBL, setting up our own match last night was a pain in the ass.

Sweet, just keep in mind you really have to hold down the select button to talk. I think that's the reason JQA and Simon couldn't hear me but I could hear them. Yes, yes JQA told me so but I guess I didn't hold it long enough ;) Also, make sure not to set your voice mod to sound like one of the Chipmunks.

I laughed when Simon suggested you guys use an XBL private chat to get the MGO game set up, but I'm starting to think that might be the best way. haha

Its actually viable. I use XBL chat with a friend of mine when playing 2v2 Company of Heroes online. It's so much easier than trying to have him figure out the voice settings on his computer.

Hey bro, the person you're adding (as far as I've experienced) has to actually be online when adding :|

So whenever we decide to play, you can add the individuals playing at the moment.

It looks like I may not be able to play MGO OR COD4 tonight, but of course, if I do, you'll see my sexy boo-tay online.

I want more PSTL matches!!!!!

I/we need your MGO profile name....it is not your Konami ID or your Konami Game ID or your PSN ID.

My PSN and MGO names are the same (fleshribbon) but Konami ID's cannot be either of those or the same as eachother.

If I don't see a thread in the PS3 board I will create one for us COD4 -> MGO guys separate from the real hardcore MGO playas.

I played OpenArena on the PC with shazo via XBL private chat, I see no problem with it. It's a lot easier then most alternatives, except Skype. But then you're not relying on your PC resources.
