Sorry, guys. I've been trying to install a new stereo in my car that is SUPPOSEDLY compatible, but for whatever reason, is too big to fit through the opening in my dash :wall:. Of course, when I asked the Amazon rep why their parts finder was a piece of shit, she told me "We have a parts finder to find compatible parts for your car." :wall: I said "Yes, I realize that. But what is it basing it's information on to confirm compatibility?" She said "It's according to the vehicle." :wall: lol...so yeah, pretty annoying.

I'm cool with Kaster taking Miami. Just offered the teams to lyric and DVO because they had the best records of non-playoff teams. I'll also try to get the stats website updated today.

What radio are you trying to put in what car or truck? If its aftermarket like pioneer, jvc, etc. you can buy a kit for it at advance auto parts for like 10 bucks it doesnt look pretty but it gets the job done.

A Boss BV7320. Went with Amazon because I had credit and I get free 2 day shipping with Prime. The car is a 2001 Hyundai Accent...which according to their "part finder" tool, it should fit. Like I said though, the console panel won't even close over the stereo, so I don't know if it would have to be cut to fit it or what. If it doesn't fit legit, I'll most likely send it back and get something else. Still pretty aggravating to have "confirmation" that this one would fit though...and I don't consider hacksawing my dashboard apart to be "fitting", lol.

Normally you have to buy an adapter kit, stereos rarely fit without one.
 
Well, I actually have an adapter from the previous stereo that was in it...which was aftermarket (a Pioneer). But that one doesn't fit the new stereo...because the new stereo is too wide for it. A friend of mine pointed out tonight that the dimensions Amazon gives for it don't match what's on the manufacturer's website. Considering the stereo is too big for the opening in my dash, I would think that's the problem. Kinda surprised Amazon just seems to be wrong on this one. They're usually pretty reliable.
 
Hey guys I'm not sure how the schedule looks cause i can't see it on my Phone but if I don't have a bye this week I won't be able to play I am outta town till Wednesday I asked doc to sub for me if I needed a game played Nate u will have to boot me if i have a game to play, cause I forgot to sign out before I left. As expected, without a running game, the Saints get their asshole ripped out in the first round of the playoffs. Great game to archie though. His usering skills were ridiculous. Honestly, I didn't feel Brees' accuracy was that great. Not sure if you remember...but the first pick you got in the 1st qtr...on the left side of the field...I pressed Y to throw to the guy in the slot on the right side of the field. I knew it was going to be a long game after that, lol. But archie was hawking the field with multiple players. Very impressive.

I do think I would have done better if I didn't have to rely on Pierre Thomas and Willis McGahee on the ground though. By the 3rd qtr, I had to just start airing it out, and things just started getting out of hand. Like I said, I'll go with the majority as for having injuries on/off in season 3. But if I lose Brees and/or my RBs to season long injuries, I'll be quitting (obviously, I'd keep managing the league for those that want to finish...I'd just have no interest in continuing playing).

Wednesdays are generally no good for me, and besides that, I'm sure the other guys don't want to wait a whole extra day for one game.

In a heck of a game the Texans somehow came away with the first franchise win in Madden history in the playoffs.

Kaster played a hell of a game filling in on a Dolphins team. Both QB's had a decent game playing above a 100 QB Rating with Moore shining a bit brighter throwing one less pick. Both had 3 TD's and right at 255 yards with Schaub edging Moore with 258.

Foster ran 18 times amassing 104 yards and a TD and on the flip side Thomas ran 10 times getting 43 yards. All in all the Texans run Defense came through and statistically was the difference in a very close game.

Good game Kas...thanks for making my heart skip a few beats. Haha

Well as a said I asked docb to sub for me so if u could please try to set up a playing time with him if we have a game this week again I can't tell who I am matched up against on my phone because the league manager websites not updated

San Diego outlasts Cleveland to sneak by with a 23-20 win. This was a ferocious game that would have kept see-sawing back and forth had there been no clock. There were five scores in the fourth quarter, resulting in four lead changes. San Diego was the last team with the ball and was able to drive into field goal range to win it in regulation.

GG Ultimate Matt X. I don't think I've ever beaten you (and didn't think I stood a chance tonight). I think there is something to be said for playing with a team that isn't "yours." Not as much at stake, so I took more risks with my offense.

Even still, I think this one came down to whoever had the ball last was going to win. That was strange there with that booth review before my last field goal. I didn't realize it put 15 seconds back on the clock!

For anyone not in the other league (not sure how many there are), we've got 2 spots open for season 5: Raiders and Chiefs. We're planning to have our draft this week, let me know if you're interested.

Edit: Open teams are actually Raiders and Steelers, pitfallharry is switching to the Chiefs.

Yeah, good game. I really shouldn't have started so late though. When I got caught snoozing on the delay of game penalty that really screwed me up. If I could have got that 4th and 1, I think I would have been up 7, with barely any time for you to score. Probably would have at least forced overtime anyway. My defense was the biggest problem though. You were picking me apart on 3rd and long.

I'm debating if I want to come back next season now. I feel like I have something to prove, but at the same time I'm exhausted with close defeats.
 
Not sure when we will advance or who my opponent will be...but just so everyone knows, I'm on a shitty hotel connection. Getting ready to play a game to test the lag but if it is too terrible I won't be able to play until Friday night or Saturday.
 
I'm sorry pitfall. My daughter has been throwing up for like 2 hours now. I am able to get on now and couldn't really (honestly wasnt even thinking about) post in here to update man. I'm honestly sorry. I'm on now of its any consolation.

Btw N8, is it just me or is it bad I considered calling 911 becUse I'm pretty sure my daughter has a cold? Lol

Damn, that sucks, dude. Babies get sick a lot though. My daughter had her first cold/flu before 2 months, and she just had a bout with pink eye this past week (she's formula fed though...which can make a difference). I guess it helps that both of my parents work in healthcare, so I generally know what to look for. But we still have our pediatrician's after hours number on speed dial, haha. Don't feel stupid for being cautious though. There's no such thing as too careful. Hope she feels better, man.

Like I said, don't worry about it. I understand how it is with sick kids, especially around this time of year no matter what age they are.

Packers win 28-14 after being down 14-0 in the first quarter. It's nice to have Rodgers back, but I lost Nick Collins to broken ribs. My secondary is pretty thin as it is, so hopefully the bench guys can step it up.

Well the panthers lost in the rain my CBs had dipped thier hands in crisco before the game and dropped pick after pick.

This was my last game thanks n8 for letting me play in the league and running it maybe we will play again next season in the other league I owe best a few hit sticks
