For whey, I have a post workout shake of one scoop whey protein and one scoop of casein. I mix my daily (5g) creatine into the shake, add a serving of natty PB and some Almond Milk. Tasty!
Now, creatine doesn't work for everyone...some don't really see any results from it. I didn't much in the past, but, I have been using it on my current bulk cycle and I think I'm seeing results this time.
Also...if you can avoid it...DON'T buy at GNC! It's so expensive! There are plenty of online retailers that you'll pay much less for your supplements with! I usually use bodybuilding.com's store; they're usually cheapest and you can find coupons.[/QUOTE]

The clerk told me it's whey protein AND creatine. Do you guys think target or walmart have any good whey protein and creatine?
Well I really wanna get ripped, that's my main goal. I'm guessing I lost 4-5 lbs in about 3 weeks and eating pretty good.
