I think this was because you were running all over the place doing god knows what. Once I showed up I kinda kept you on the mission tracks.
It's fairly open ended like an wRPG (it is an wRPG though, so that can be expected) so if you aren't accustomed to wRPG's freedom (and I don't think randy plays/have played many wRPGs), I can see it seeming kinda blah.
And yeah... VOIP was a little wiggy (it's an industry term I think), though I suspect some of it has to do with sensitivity.
