CAG PS3 Unreal Tournament 3 Night [On Indefinite Hold]

I got one of those "Rocket Scientist", um, achievements last night, too. I've also gotten "Vehicular Manslaughter" for running over tons of people in a game with my car and "Gunslinger" for killing tons of people with the Enforcers.

Does every weapon have one of these achievements? Have you guys ever gotten others?

Same here. I kept falling through the floors of the building, too...it wouldn't let me walk on any of the platforms or the roof.

I played earlier in the day with some random dudes and didn't have a problem...only had issues when playing with LULZ and ThatLimeyBrit.

Wow i can't believe i forgot about this last night! I am renting this from gamefly, but may purchase this just to tide me over until the 360 version, if anyone wants to play tonight or whenever add me!

I could never get used to it....plus i don't have my tv on a desk.

not to start a flame war, but I never understood the greatness of xbox live, it seems like p2p matchmaking + buddy list. VOIP works fine in UT3 for the most part. I personally think user made content is going to play a huge role in the future of UT3 CAG nights. We'll enjoy having your company while you decide to play with us though =)

Bear in mind that it took 3-and-a-half months for VOIP to work with any degree of predictability on the PS3. And you still have to push a goddamn button before anyone can hear you speak.

I love my PS3 and I love playing with you guys, but there's no way in hell that UT3 is going to land on Xbox with push-to-talk and a broken voice system.

XBL is commendable because it works. Last night, StrandedBrit had to dump the server (and all of us playing on it) so he could check his messages in-game. I had to wait for other CAGs to load up their UT3 disc before I could invite them to our session. That shit doesn't happen on XBL.

I keep saying that I'm going to but there's SO many games coming out in the next couple of months...and I'm nowhere near done with GTA, even. It seems silly to divert my hard earned cash into a game that, essentially, I already own. I'd rather spend my money on Alone in the Dark or Mercenaries 2.
 
sweet, we get to monopolize your ut3 time =D yeah I know what you mean. I'm trying to get through my ps2 backlog, so I can play ps3 games. : /

my bad guys...so ctf on mon? I've been busy getting ready for my internship and moving to nyc. Pretty much SB is in charge until I get things settled (should be soonish). SB just tell me what to put in the OP/Title.

I'll keep an eye on the thread and see what people are saying. I'm with strandedbrit, if its a small turnout I might have other things I should be doing.
 
yeah, sorry about all of this guys. I'm pretty fscked for the summer for any online gaming whatsoever since the place I'm staying has blocked psn/pc gaming.
