He's in the same clan as Clone and I but haven't teamed up much with them except for a few Treasure Hunts. Hoping to finish the game by end of the week so can join them in their quests.

There was a lot of issues with the game the first 1 - 2 weeks where it was IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone and I guess they overhauled the game match making system

Payday 2 is pretty worthless on consoles. If u want the full Payday experience, get it on steam, you get free updates and right now Payday 2 on pc is 27 gb, so yea.

 
I'm going to guess lightning returns is a 3am EST release right? since midnight is usually based around west coast time with releases?

Did you try this? : Activate your ps3 manually on the account, then deactivate it then try to deactivate all on the website again,

More:Go on your console and activate your PS3 to the account. It should glitch a 3rd activation. Then simply deactivate it right back off the account. Log onto Qriocity and see if it lets you deactivate the phantoms now. It has worked for a few of us and should for you but I can't guarantee it.

Does this help? Some people posted a similar situation a while back and these were the responses

phantoms were already deactivated..but I'm not sure where activated systems come from I hope I'm not out of $20
 
I can't remember if I got into a Thief group here or not, if someone is in my group and I did, could you please PM letting me know? And if there is a way to check that I don't know about, could someone inform me too? Thank you.

Playasia has some. I wish the game had some sort of gameplay or something. I don't think I reached that point of trophy whoring yet but I have recently started importing some japanese games.

I was intrigued and found out that the games are very expensive and rare. They were $100+ when they were available but they also included episodes of the anime.

Man, no one must really even care about FF anymore, can't find a phantom, I was asking a week before the game came out to. First game I had a hard time finding a phantom like this.

The game isn't even in top 10 on game FAQ lol.
