It's too bad it uses twitch. Twitch is god awful. Every time I try to use it it buffers literally every 5-10 seconds. I google'd it and it seems a lot of people have this problem and it's unfixable. Until they fix that I have no faith in streaming
Eh? I watch Twitch 4-5 times a week for lengthy periods of time and rarely ever have issues. As of last night it did have problems buffering and would skip ahead occasionally but that is rare to happen.
You can get a chat going with friends is really the best part, but you can watch people basically demo a game, and ask them questions about it. But yeah, shooting the shit with friends from CAG while they play is basically it for me.
anyone on ps4 and wants in the Destiny beta? I'll probably have 2 extra codes
me, thanks in advance
I mentioned this before but I had no clue how to play Don't Starve. That game literally gives no instruction. Almost deleted it. But after watching some streams on Twitch I started to better understand and now I enjoy it a lot. It's hilarious seeing how many days people can survive.
On the flipside, watching streams of Spelunky only confirmed how much I despise that shit. I don't really enjoy live streaming as much but I've done it a few times. Had an audience of 7 (WOOHOO) when I streamed Entwined. Wanted to believe they were cheering me on, lol.
Bungie's weekly update has this piece of info in regard to the beta for Destiny:
We get three codes?
You get three codes. When your wave for the Beta begins, we’ll be equipping you with a Fireteam. Share those codes with your friends. Approach people on the street, and invite them to become legend. Spend some quality time catching up with your Mom in Old Russia.
1. Load one beta code onto the game account, let the two resells download the beta and play.
2. The two resells take the other two beta codes and redeem on their main account.

My thinking is that for groups that preordered:
1. Load one beta code onto the game account, let the two resells download the beta and play.
2. The two resells take the other two beta codes and redeem on their main account.
One of my phantoms (Urban Trial Freestyle) started lagging horrible at the opening video today. That itself doesn't bother me and the gameplay is still running smooth but does that mean anything? I recently deleted 2 rentals that's the only thing that I think could have affected anything. Everything else seems to work fine.

Well, this is interesting. I decided to rebuild my database and restore the file system, since I heard it might improve performance. The database was rebuilt fine, but restoring the file system was met with an error. Guess what I have to do now? (system wipe for those unfamiliar)
I don't see how it can be my HDD, since it's only a few months old. I'm wondering if Sony's incompetence caused this with a recent firmware update.
I don't have any phantoms, so the only real loss would be some recent save data.
If anyone has any ideas, feel free to PM me. I'm not in a rush, so I'll try a few things first, however, I would advise you to not restore the file system unless you have no other choice, as it will likely require a system wipe.
