Updated the list.

I might need another RB player who can play the drums (on my CAG PSN buddy list who plays RB), because the previous drummer might not be able to play, so if someone can play drums or vocals who has interests in playing, can play.

Still forming SCIV. I asked MattJ1991 about playing. I might have to move it so freaky, metaly, etc. can play.
I'm down for SCIV for your birthday.
Don't you also own RB too? We'd definitely do SCIV though. I'd just send you an IM or PSN message to get on.

I have SCIV but I'm next to awful at it. And I have to take the morning off so no way is my boss letting me off work early too. Oh well see you in WH.

The master list has been updated. I posted in the SOCOM and Resistance 2 threads saying that I'm looking for an administrator/clan leader for each game.

EDIT: SOCOM will go to smiggity aka SmogItUp. Clan leader and such.

Can we setup some BUZZ QUIZ for when it comes out on the 24th? ID LOVE TO PLAY IT ONLINE !
If enough CAGs are interested, we'll definitely do it.

All right. Currently I'm looking to put together future CAG games for late September - November.

I want to know all the games I should consider CAG nights for:
Buzz Quiz TV -
Call of Duty: World at War -
Far Cry 2 -
Fifa or Pro Evolution Soccer -
Guitar HeroL World Tour (if it works) -
LittleBigPlanet - Mana Knight (I probably won't lead it, but when the game comes out, we'll see how online works and decide how to handle it)
Midnight Club: Los Angeles -
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe -
MotorStorm: Pacific Rift -
NBA Live 09 -
NBA 2k9 -
Need for Speed Undercover -
Pure -
Resistance 2 - (Shini gets first say since he had the previous clan, but it may still be up for grabs)
Rock Band 2 - Mana Knight or Bornrunnin31
SOCOM Confrontation - Nam
Wipeout HD - Mana Knight or Stranded Brit

As for older games, Warhawk will still be weekly, but the rest may alternate weeks (like CoD4, GTAIV, Burnout Paradise, etc.). I'm still debating how to do SCIV, but if something does get made, I have an idea. I'll ask the following questions to everyone in a thread for match making purposes:

Fighter
PSN
CAG
Headset
Time Zone
Time Available
Skill (Competitive/Serious or Fun/Social)
Preferred Character Type

I plan on getting the following games for PS3 and vote for having game nights for them:

LittleBigPlanet
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe
SOCOM Confrontation --- playing the Beta now

Resistance 2 --- maybe since I've yet to play part1

Anyway, there's a few schedules I'm looking at (hope to have something finalized soon):

Schedule
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sunday
-maybe GTAIV later

Monday
-maybe fighters and UT3

Tuesday
-maybe music games, quiz show games, and some shooter (likely CoD4 at 8pm EST)

Wednesday
Resistance 2 @ 9pm or 10pm EST (if Gears 2 is Wednesday, I might swap for Thursday. Or it might even be Saturday)

Thursday
Burnout Paradise @ 9pm EST (Even days)
Wipeout HD @ 9pm EST (Odd days)
MotorStorm: Pacific Rift @ 9pm EST (We'll see how the other two games do first, if one decreases big time, it replaces one or both)

Friday
Warhawk @ 10pm EST (Main night. We'll have another Warhawk night mixed in most likely)

Saturday
SOCOM: Confrontation @ 9pm EST (Can be earlier or later. Might be swapped with R2)

Other game nights like CoD4, GTAIV, UT3, etc. which may still have a community. They will be filled in, but I'm just trying to get the games with the possibly of the largest community in first (and few key releases, hopefully working around the 360 schedule). Along with these games, I COULD try something for SCIV (or fighting games in general like MK vs. DC) also. I'd like to fill a music night and maybe another shooter (Far Cry 2, CoD: World At War, etc.).

To let everyone know, NOTHING is guaranteed in the schedule. It's just being worked on and I really hope to have it finished in early October. I understand sports games are played at various times

I think that LBP should not be on the schedule since there are only 4 players max at one time. That should just be coordinated by friends list and random gaming. Just my thoughts

Agreed. If anything I'd put it in with the music night.

It would certainly be nice if Home was to start one of these days. Everyone could meet up in a CAG room and then split off. Probably just a pipe dream.

I am happy to see that Man Knight is acknowledging the 360 owners, and trying to coordinate with that consoles big games.
Agreed. If anything I'd put it in with the music night.
Let's just say I have a plan, already in the making to make really small parties of people work (especially for fighters and music games). You will all know the details later on. For now, let's just say it's a main night some will play on. LBP is a wait and see, but I'm still reserving a spot just in case for now.
If you do SOCOM at 9, I'll probably do Saturday Warhawk at 11 again.
We'll see what happens. I'm leaning towards 8pm EST, but gotta see what times work out with everyone. Regardles, it will occur before Warhawk.

Well, I'm a 360 owner myself, and I know what types of games they play too. I try not to schedule big stuff on Tuesday/Thursday before because of Halo 3 and CoD4 (I usually do PS3 multi-platform games).
I just wanted to say how I love how Thursday looks like for racing games... I like it. :)
There's no guarantee yet whether it will be Thursday. I need to get input from people to see what day works best for Resistance 2, and the racers.

What I plan to do is initially alternate Wipeout HD and Burnout Paradise. If Wipeout HD still holds a community (I expect it to be more niche), we'll keep it going. If not and MotorStorm 2 gains popularity, it will take its spot. However, I'd try to have a Wipeout HD night at least every month. Regardless, racing night would be tons of fun.

Basically, my plan to get some games to work was a type of match making, to get people together for LBP, SCIV, music/dance games, etc.
I'd try to have a Wipeout HD night at least every month.
:whistle2:#

Who are you and what have you done with TMK!!?!

Yeah, no doubt, craziness I say.

I'll be on Wipeout HD every week for my part. I hope it turns out more than a niche game (presuming the online portion holds up).

Incase my opinion matters (not likely), I have a hard time making fri/sat night games so I'd prefer the biggies get either a weeknight and/or a weekday. That's why you don't see me at warhawk and cod4 anymore. :(

I'd be up for Wipeout HD hosting/running, but as always should wait to see how the games online is setup before anything concrete is established.

Let's just say there are no invites, and you must search for servers. The only way to protect it from random people joining it to limit it to buddies. All there is online is single race and tournament. Although I love Wipeout no doubt, I just don't see the online setup bringing people back for a long period of time.

That sounds decent enough. And like smog says, if it has voice chat we're golden!

Is there any doubt that voice chat exists? This is not a Wii game. Of course, it does not mean Voice Chat works. I am referring to you, Warhawk! :wall:

You ever play GT5 Prologue?

Or Hot Shots Golf. Even Soul Calibur 4 ingame chat wasn't added until after release.

Not that it happens a lot, but it's happened a few times where it at least has me cautious.
You ever play GT5 Prologue?
Or Rock Band (first one), Hot Shots Golf: OoB, Armored Core 4, Sega Superstars Tennis, Ridge Racer 7, Full Auto 2, Formula One: CE (also made by the Wipeout devs, and it seems that both that and Wipeout are very similar online), CoD3, and so on. Mostly early PS3 games or some made in Japan, tend to lack voice chat. Most all games have it now, but some games do lack it. Some games it's not an issue since keyboard support is there.

To let everyone know, if Gears 2 is indeed on Wednesday, what will most likely happen is the racing game night will be on Tuesday (I'd try to give some time separation between Halo 3, if needed). Resistance 2 would get Thursday. CoD4/GTAIV (multi-platform games most 360 owners probably avoided the PS3 version on) will be Wednesday.

What I am trying to tell everyone is that for now, it will be alternating Burnout and Wipeout on racing night. If both are still very successful, I'll just try MotorStorm 2 on another night. If one really starts to fall, it will be replaced by MotorStorm 2 and one game will just go to an occassional play. If none are all that successful, then it will be a three week rotation playing the games.

I was trying to be nice with only one example:lol: He got the full gamut thrown at him there.

So TMK, I assume you don't know about Voicechat?
