Anyone notice tanks seem like they're back to their old damage effect on jeeps.
Right after the new expansion they were killing everyone in the jeep with a hit, now the jeep is back to provide some protection to it's passengers.:roll:

Also, speaking of tanks... One in a million my ass...:cool:
 
Some fun games tonight, and it is always nice earning points/medals/ribbons.

I think my highlight of the evening is when I tossed a mine onto a jeep and had it blow up the other team's hero as I jumped out to safety (it's always fun to do that. Of course I got shot up by someone else very shortly thereafter).

Out of curiousity though, did anyone else think the layout for the Tau Crater CTF match (the humiliating 0-10 match) seemed a little unbalanced?

Not personaly, but then I seem to be on the winning team during Tau Crater matches.

I almost shut down the server since mostly everyone was late. Another ten minutes or so and I would have.

That CTF match wasn't really unbalanced... it's just the other team couldn't break through the flak curtain I was putting up.:cool:

I checked our little CAG2 list tonight and Stranded's still the leader, hopefully whoever he handed the leadership to (if he did?) will accept soon.

Go ahead and collect your trophy and once done give leadership to next downthe list. Myke and I already have it.
 
Alright, got my trophy. I've crowned Darker as the new CAG2 leader since he's the only person out of the list of people who haven't got the trophy yet that I've actually seen playing Warhawk.

Haha yeah, I was the victim of that curtain multiple times. I would have tried blowing you up, but for some reason failed at finding a rocket launcher or binoculars. :bomb:

Hmm...since we are all remembering our first CAG Warhawk night, I first posted on 12/20/07 which put it at the start of my Christmas break. All this time later, and I still feel like a n00b.

For some reason I thought I had started coming earlier playing with everytone earlier than that since Warhawk was my first PS3 game (purchased on the same day as the system on October 9, 2007 (I only remember that date due to personal significance))
 
I don't know if anyone remembers, but I when I was playing my first CAG game... it was a DM in the Badlands, and I completely dominated that round... That's where I uttered my first "WOOOOOO!!!". :lol:

At the time, I didn't think I was good enough at Warhawk... that round completely changed how I evaluated myself. ;)

Without that fever I would have never have had the chance to be stabbed by DD83, my Warhawk shot down by you, blown up by SoCal's grenades or had SuperKing steal our flag. :lol:

I remember never really getting into Warhawk at first, just bought it for the headset and was thinking of trading it in but it was CAG Warhawk that got me hooked.

I remember when I was one of the first to start this up, then I dropped off; now it's almost been a year and I still have the game just sitting in a tub :fridge:

I bet if I tried to jump in now I'd get rocked. The one thing I could hardly do was shake off missiles that were locked onto me or just take down someone moderately mobile in a warhawk
 
Sorry, I didn't realize the tournament was a while ago and done with. Saw it on the top post of the PS3 forums and thought it was something new.
