Wombat, I had offered to let the first 3 winners pick a PS1 game from my collection. Since you are declining the prizes I guess I'll let the 2nd - 4th winners (in order) pick a PS1 game. You sure you don't want something though? Just one teeny little game? Come on ;)


Woobacca, I posted this in the other thread but I would like to pull a Wombat and not take any games either. It's nice to see how high up I made it though. I usually have bad luck with contests.

I PMed woobacca and asked him to forward the donation confirmations to me when he gets them. It'll be easier to coordinate everything this way. As soon as I get them I'll PM the winners and we can take care of sending my games out. Congratulations to dude2003, evilmojo12542, and Strell.

Update: dude2003 has decided to claim just one game, KOTOR II, on behalf of chickenhawk! I am now waiting for his email receipt confirmation.

Thanks dude. I think you've made some of the remaining CAGs in the line-up happy. Though I do hope this trend doesn't last the whole way. ;)

That is very generous of dude2003 to do that. Maybe we should all claim games on behalf of chickenhawk. :) He did donate something like $500(!) to Child's Play.

Since dude2003 decided to pass on a PS1 game I'll just let the 3rd - 5th person each pick one (in order). Woobacca, you see where I'm going with this? We'll keep going down the list until 3 people get their PS1 games. Could you mention something about it when you PM the people? Maybe just a brief remark that they can get a PS1 game too and if they're the first or second or third person to get to pick. Some of the winners might not be checking this thread so this is just in case.
 
Yep, will do. Also (I'm realizing now) since not every CAG owns a playstation, you may end up with one or more of the top three passing up your prize. Let's see how it goes. :)

Wait, did I read that right? Is dude2003 picking KOTOR II and giving it to me? Very generous of you dude if that is the case, but it's not necessary. I didn't post my wish for that game so someone could give it to me just because I made a donation to Child's Play. However, if you insist I am not going to turn the offer away. I only give you the opportunity to back out once. ;)

Oops, I forgot to check the OP before PMing evilmojo so I just assumed he wanted Disgaea. I PMed him again saying if he wants Disgaea he would need to drop one of those 3 games he already picked. I asked if he wants a PS1 game too. I need to start checking this site more often! I blame Ouenden for my lack of participation today.
 
I can't believe me and my girlfriend were able to get so high on the list. I already had her pick a game out of my selections before I even looked at the list of raffle winners. She would be uzumaki_star by the way. So instead of us taking up two spots you can just take her out of the running because I donted money from my Amazon account for both of us.

Based on his selections (Tekken 4, Bloodrayne and PC Action Game Package), he's either not into RPGs at all or he's such an RPG fan that he already owns every title. ;) Besides, we finally have a CAG who has laid claim to the prize: cdeener!

I will be nice though and when I am finish playing it I will but it up for trade probably within the next few months so some other CAG that wants to play it can also enjoy it.

Thanks again cletus. I moved onto onetrackmind and just received his email confirmation along with game picks: Siren, Mario Golf, and Shining Force. PM sent to next CAG in line and OP updated.

If evilmojo has declined your PS1 game prize, I think Strell gets first pick (Grandia) and cdeener gets second (FF7). I let onetrackmind know that you might be PM'ing him about this later.

I just noticed that I'm 13 on the list, and that if everyone picks three tihngs I'll still be eligible for a prize.

Thanks for holding this, woobacca, but I actually never donated myself (a good friend of mine mentioned he was donating directly to pennyarcade's charity, and I gave him my money so it would cost less in paypal fees).

So, I didn't want you to waste your time. If you would just take me off, or do something of the sort, it would be appreciated. Congrats to the winners! And you too, chickenhawk, you deserve that game!
 
All PS1 games have now been claimed. Well, it's been fun woobacca. We should try to do this again next year. BTW you can get shipping materials from Walmart or Home Depot for half the price that the Post Office charges. Bubble wrap was on sale when I bought it.

Well, they'll still be here next year. I doubt they're going anywhere, So I have a batch of games i'm totally up for sending out:D

Woobacca, you might want to wait until next week to ship these games out. I went by the Post Office yesterday and there was a line of people stretching out the door. I guess everyone is trying to get presents sent in time for Christmas. I've got these PS1 games packed up now but I'll have to wait to send them. Work doesn't leave me much free time around Christmas.

Thanks for the tip cletus. Actually I wouldn't have been able to make it before the weekend anyway. I'm heading to Champaign on Friday and won't get back to finish this raffle til next Thursday.

I've been working 10 hour shifts almost everyday since last week. I can never seem to have time for anything. I'm gonna try shipping these games out tomorrow if the Post Office isn't to bad. I know these people want their games.
 
The front page has a listing of all the games that have been given away and which games are still available (given away is marked with red).
 
Hey guys, just got back from Christmas break. I had sent a PM to ph33r m3 last week, but he never responded. I thought he might be away for the holidays, but it looks like he's been posting on CAG regularly. I'm going to assume he's not interested and move on to the next two CAGs, sixersballernum3 and CocheseUGA.

At this point, I'll probably ship out the first batch of games this week to everyone who has picked so far. Only cause I have no idea how long it'll take to find takers for the remaining games on the OP. I'll keep sending PM's in the meantime.
