I know there's a thread discussing this but I thought it would be easier to just start a separate one with the complete list. Here's a link to the other thread. Thanks go to lvgamer1 for giving everyone the initial heads-up.
Yeah, with the OTHER annoying set up. EVERYONE RUSH THEIR TANK AND BEAT THEM SO THEY CAN'T FIRE! :p
Nope!

I have other devious plans in mind.

The more I think about it, the more I think my plan would indeed work, but really I'd have to put it to the test.

And to do so, I'd need to go farm some resources for a long time.

And unless I felt like I could definitely test it against someone, there's really not a reason to do so.

So I hold steadfast to my dream of DQH2 with Wifi.

While you're planning, I'd be beating you so you couldn't fire while Blubba was pelting your Crono Twigger with rocks and Hero Swords.
Still using Blubba!?

I might win based on that alone.
Well, at least I'm not in the Crono Twigger.

The tank battles in Rocket Slime have got to be THE best multiplayer on the DS (yes, better than MarioKart), and I'm not even that big on competitive multiplayer games.
While you're planning, I'd be beating you so you couldn't fire while Blubba was pelting your Crono Twigger with rocks and Hero Swords.
I dare you to work that into a research paper one day.

Also, I just noticed your name when someone else referenced it. Good name. I always thought of you as "picture of phoenix wright guy."
Just an FYI (this may have been noted, but I didn't see it).

Amped 3 is 16.96
i wish i would have known that when i was at CC this weekend...
I dare you to work that into a research paper one day.
I'm on it.

Also, I just noticed your name when someone else referenced it. Good name. I always thought of you as "picture of phoenix wright guy."

Ah, thanks.

But does my avatar dwarf my name THAT much? :(

I was actually considering switching to a Don Clawleone avatar/"HOLY CLAWLEONE!!" title combo, but I think the audience for that one would be limited to those who were sold on the game by this clearance.
i wish i would have known that when i was at CC this weekend...
Sorry. Next time I'll try to post faster.
But does my avatar dwarf my name THAT much?
Yes. Stoneage put it well, I recognize you by your avatar only. I never noticed your name. =\

EDIT: I forgot the original reason I posted... there are so many CC clearance threads all with different markdowns that I have no idea if there's a master list floating around somewhere... Is there?
Yes. Stoneage put it well, I recognize you by your avatar only. I never noticed your name. =\
Irony: I only recognize you by your avatar, too. It's "Fan girl that Sun Ce was so pedo for in DW!"

I've been tempted by this thread off and on since it started. Has anyone stopped by the Roanoke,VA CC and seen what they have? I'm going for COD2 and Cooking Mama, I'd like to stay for Phoenix Wright and Xenosaga III if nothing else.

Note - My regional board is pretty much dead. At least in my part of the world.
Irony: I only recognize you by your avatar, too. It's "Fan girl that Sun Ce was so pedo for in DW!"
I could change to Zhen Ji or Xing Cai. But that's just such a cute picture of Da Qauio. (On TZ my avatar has been this for so long that it freaked people out when the owner (a friend) changed it as a joke.)

and now back to CC.

Halo, go and check it out, you may find some great games. And a lot of the regional boards get quiet from time to time. If there isn't a group of local CAGs who socialize in there and there's nothing exciting going on locally (sports, et cetera) it tends to be pretty quiet.

I was going regardless. My journey will be chronicled here tomorrow for all to see. I have to go pick up a random Commodore 128 at my parents house and I pass a CC on the way.

Sweeet. If my C64 hard drive and power cable worked, I'd consider booting her up again. My first computer. First game I bought? Castle Wolfenstein. It only took about 20 minutes to load from 5 1/4 inch disk.

Halo, odds are quite high that your CC might have some good stuff. My CC had SC3 (PS2) and MGS3:S (PS2) for ages, and it still has the latter. And these were from the LAST clearance run.
First game I bought? Castle Wolfenstein. It only took about 20 minutes to load from 5 1/4 inch disk.
Aw yeah, baybee.
I think the only proper response to that is "Mmmm... Zhen Ji or Xing Cai..."
I'm not feeling any love for Qaio from you.
I giggle everytime I hear/say/think his name.
huh. The name is pronounced, Tsao Pi. At a stretch it kinda sounds like soapy. *shrugs* But I do like that the villian of the piece's name, Cao Cao sounds like so-so. Not the most intimidating of names.
Just an FYI (this may have been noted, but I didn't see it).

Not that I don't believe guin...but is there any other confirmation out there?
Not that I don't believe guin...but is there any other confirmation out there?
uh, hang on.

my camera doesn't like doing up close, but you can make out the price in this if you squint a bit.

It's pretty funny, because in DW5 Cao Pi is (incorrectly) pronounced as "cow pee" by Cao Cao.
In DW, the voice actors pronounce it with the hard C. Thus, Cao Pi's name sounds like Cow Pee.
Yep. There's nothing quite like a man saying "I AM COW PEE! FEAR ME!"
Well, if I went "Mmm, Da Qiao..." I'd be a pedo. No offense.
ah, that makes sense.

It gives Cao Cao a SMIDGE more presence though.
ha!

Y'all must be listening to the localized VAs, I forgot about them. I've couldn't take them any more after DW4, so I listen to the Japanese VAs and just keep the subtitles on. Chinese with a japanese accent. :D

Hey, anything is better than having to hear Steven Blum in yet ANOTHER of my games.

Hey, I like the English VAs. Normally, they're pretty good. Considering the quantity of characters in DW4/DW5E, there is a very good percentage of well-voiced dudes.

And, besides, the VA can deliver "This land is in need of Cao Pi!" without cracking up, and he still sounds like he has gusto.

Thanks,

While I was at CC I got Phoenix Right and Rocket Slime both on clearance for $16.96.

On top of that I got these which I haven't seen posted:
Donkey Kong Jungle Beat w/ Bongos for $20.00
Chibi Robo for $13.00

Both seemed like good deals to me. My circuit city had a big stack of Jungle Beats, there were probably about 7 or 8 left.
Didn't see it listed anywhere, but:

Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes is 8.96

picked that and a mis-labeled GTA:VCS for 14.99 today
Not mis-labeled. That was the price for that week.-Idiot!....Gosh!
Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes is 8.96
This is actually part of last year's $8.96 markdown.

Cool that it was still in the store.

The Roanoke VA CC still has copies of Xenosaga III and Grandia 3, at least 5 of each. Nothing else that I was really looking for. They didn't have Phoenix Wright.

The Roanoke TRU had one copy of Fatal Frame 3 for 10 bucks but after the atrocious camera combat system of the second one I passed.

My new/old Commodore 128 seems to have all the parts but I haven't tried to hook it up yet.
This is actually part of last year's $8.96 markdown.

Went to my CC yesterday to get a couple DVD's and I noticed these in the $16.96 or less bins:

All $16.96
360:
NBA 06
Ridge Racer
King Kong
Amped 3
Some other sports game

Gamecube:
Pikmin 2
Harry potter Azkaban $12.xx
and a bunch more gamecube but, I can't remember what they were.

PS2:
Xen III
True Crime NY LE

XB:
Doom 3 LE
Would be even cooler if we could have a wiki archiving all the major clearance prices for reference for times like this when we stumble over a game from an earlier clearance.
Problem is that some restocks of previous clearances don't ring up at clearance price anymore. I've price checked Meteos DS after I saw a restock, and they ring up at $19.99 now instead of $8.96 like last year.

Hmm...maybe a 2nd printing w/ a different SKU?

You might still be able to find a TRU copy for $7.50. I check back there every now and then, and often find other clearance games that weren't there before, so i think they might move their clearance inventory between stores or just get newer ones in to clear out wearhouses.

I have an extra Tales of Legendia if anyone wants it... (don't see a link in the OP for a CC clearance trade thread so this seems like the best place to offer it).

You are the MAN!!!!! I went to one of the CCs here and I walked away with Xenosaga III, Onimusha: DoD, Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime, and Contact!!!!

I am hitting them again next week as soon I get another paycheck!!

i got Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney & Tales of Legendia for the PS2. they were the last copies too. people are a little too quick these days. i also saw rocket slime and contact just didnt bother to pick up.
