Wait, so I'm guessing there's some sort of 25% off deal on games under $19.99 or something? Is this in the ad? (My paper doesn't include them any more for CC and BB). Lost Magic is supposed to be $12.96, so 25% off makes it exactly $9.72. The $12.72 pricing is 25% off $16.96. Dammit, I bought Space Channel 5 a few weeks back for $2.96, now it is only $2.22! :lol:

And Postaboy - VP Lenneth and Moto GP 06? Those must be new $16.96 games - they aren't in Neo's list. I wonder what else there is. I almost stopped in there today too... Will have to go tomorrow.

Right, the weekly ad has 25% all "cool deals". This is apparently set up to include the "clearenced" games. I will mention that not all games are included as Fire Emblem for the GBA was mentioned in the weekly thread as not on sale (but it was 25% off last week in the "Easter" dress) and there are likely various games under $20 in the bin that are not clearenced and thus don't qualify (Paper Mario and Star Fox Assault come to mind at the store locally)

But Grandia, Xenosaga, FIFA (360), Amped 3, etc should all qualify--- if you can find them

Just take your receipt in and ask for the price adjustment. Shouldn't be a problem if the purchase is within 30 days(which Xenosaga dropped about a month ago).

I didn't have them price check Death and NBA as "cool deals" but the other two did as they were all in the clearance bin with all of the portable games (DS, PSP, GBA).
 
I can also confirm that the 25% off applies to the Clearance Games. Today, I found a DQ: Rocket Slime (DS) tagged for $34.99 and without a "Cool Deals" sticker. I ended up paying $12.72 + tax.
 
Its werid, this clearance must of gone into effect Tues...I bought VP for 17 on Monday. Anyway, got the difference back and picked up a few other games. I can confirm the 25% off as well.

I tested games with 14.99 , 8.96, 16.96, 12.99 price tags.
 
I don't get it - everyone is talking about VP Lenneth like it is well known to be on clearance. But it isn't in the OP and the first I saw of it was a post in this thread from yesterday. Are there are other "secret" CC clearance games that everyone but me knows about? :lol:

edit - There isn't much else I've missed, though it is nice to know what else is part of the sale in case I can scrounge up enough to use the $15 off $100 coupon. For example, I'm not really up for paying $12.72 for Lumines Plus but if it is part of that $100 I'd basically get it for free so I'd throw it in there for sure.

I would definately check I went to my store monday and found moto gp 06 and like 2 copies of vp lenneth that were on the shelves untagged.

Yeah, went and could barely scrape together $40 worth of stuff - no coupon use for me ;).

This CC had reorganized and alphabetized all their games and pulled and tagged every last clearance game onto endcap shelves... The bastards :lol:.

So, as expected, anything decent was gone. All I ended up buying (after putting back some games I was iffy on like MGA 2 and Monster House) was a Pokemon Trozei ($12.72) and Bomberman DS. Bomberman was tagged $9.99 but rang up $11.xx. At first she adjusted it down to $9.99 and then after I looked at the receipt I said I didn't really want it as I was expecting it to be 25% off $9.99. She then offered to price adjust it again for me so I ended up getting it for $7.50 - very nice ;).

Yup I just got Conker for $12.72. Anyone know if Spartan total warrior (XBOX) is also cheap? I know the PS2 version was 16.96 but couldn't find any.

I just got Mario Advance 3/Yoshi's Island for $12, even though it wasn't marked down or moved at all! Along w/ Lost Magic for $12-something.

Couldn't find Pokemon Trozei, though, anyone want to trade for it, or help a brother out?
 
I scored 2 Grandia III's, Contact and Full Auto yesterday. I found Space channel 5 for only $2.22! and Blazing Angels something something for 360 for 16.96. It rang up 39.xx but was stickered 16.96, last one too.

I saw a few Contacts, Phoenix Wrights, a Dragon Slime or 2 as well. I may be able to grab something else within a day or two before my money vanishes.

That Grandia III is up for grabs as well.
 
Today, I managed to get price adjustments on the Phoenix Wright and Pokemon Trozei that I bought almost a month ago and Grandia III. Thanks to the people who suggested going back to get the 25% discount on prior purchases.

I found some stuff and price adjusted some prior purchases. If anyone has an Amped 3 and/or Blazing Angels please CML.
 
Stopped by another CC today and found Xenosaga III, Tales of Legendia, and Dragons Quest Rocket Slime all for $12.97 each. Not as good as the $5 and $10 clearances in the past but a pretty good deal on some games that came out just last year.
 
Got Scurge: Hive, Space Channel 5, and Yoshi's Island at one CC. I'm glad I waited on Scurge.

I'm not 100% sure but I do believe I've read several posts in CC threads mentioning that game being $16.96 (or possibly less now). Snag it on Friday cause I think 25% off might expire on Saturday (definitly by Sunday)

damn i came back from cc today got fullauto and cod2 goty. but sadly it's that wrong cod it rang up at 29.99:bomb:

COD2 is no longer $13.99, that was just a special for one week, not a permanent markdown, I got the GOTY version for that price back then.
