Just got back from one in the Chicago area. Not much selection to begin with, and it's also all unmarked. We (my brother-in-law and I) asked about both Far Cry and Evil Genius and although they were marked at the usual price, they are actually $10. They said they didn't want to mark any clearence sales on PC games. Odd, seeing how they had no problem marking the DVD's and PS2 games last week.

I found the non GOTY, extremely old (and possibly OOP) small box edition... I was wondering if it's cheap enough, I can just nab that and the two expansions from EB used, that are roughly 2.99 a piece.

With my luck it'll be 9.99... :D Hopefully it'll be extremely cheap since the GOTY is 7.99.

Just so you guys know, the regular non GOTY Morrowind is 4.99, if you can find it.

EB sells the expansion packs used for 2 - 3 dollars last time I checked, so it'll be easy to snatch those up.

Also got KOTOR 1 for 9.99, and Riddick: Director's Cut for 9.99.
 
I find it pretty hilarious that after hardly stepping foot into CC since the last $5 sale, how many times I've been to the various locations in my city in the past 10 days. CC gets a big fat kiss from me for both of these $10 sales. $5 would have been even better though. ;)

The cashier even commented on how "they really should update the price tags, this is kind of ridiculous" as I purchased my three games.
 
This fucking awesome and bad. First a $10 CC clearance and now this. $20 total for Age of Mythology and the Titans expansion is the perfect price that I was willing to pay for both of them. I'm definitely going to get try and get in on that one. Sucks that I'm coming late to the party, but hopefully since this happened on Sunday, that not too many people have gone. It sucks that I haven't had internet for the past couple days, otherwise I would have known of this and jumped on it. Just so many good PC games for cheap on that list; it's incredible!

haha, nobody is checking out this sale except us.

The local CC has had the same games there they've had since Sunday, just some doofus tried to hide some like KOTOR 1 (hint: hiding a thick box game underneath a thin box game like GTA: San Andreas is a bad idea).

anyone know what EB pay to buyback some of these pc games? I'm still using a PII-300... so there's no point even going to CC .... gas is hella expensive
