Maybe. It depends on if the expiration of the gift card has already passed. Some have reported getting a replacement card in the place with a reset expiration date, but if it has passed the date of original expiration you might have problems. If this is the case it would be best to call.

X1 + free game (works on pre-order consoles). Technically it takes $59.99 off the price of the console. If it wasn't for Target, it wouldn't be too bad for like the X1 S BF console + a game /w $25 GC [$299 one, not $350].

I can't get the regular desktop site to load on any of my browsers, so it's kinda annoying to find stuff. But the game GCs seem a little different here and there. Some new titles (Bioshock Collection $25), changing from $15 to $25 (Nier), some lost the gc (tomb raider), and some got it back (Deus Ex/Dishonored 2 reg).

Nice, Mafia III got it back.

Actually, it looks like all the $15 GC ones either got dropped or bumped to $25. Also looks like last gen titles all dropped.

There are none. They got rid of all the $15 and $25 GC deals on pre-orders, take a look back at the last page or so. People are using their GCs and hopping off the train.

Yeah, they're definitely back. In Dell fashion, website layout is terrible. This isn't the first time Dell has taken them all away for a short time and then brought them back. I have a feeling it's just a result of disorganization on their part.

And the weird part is some games, like Return to Arkham had $15 card, but now have $25 cards.  I'm sure it is going to require some effort to get them, because it is Dell after all, so be sure to screenshot/print to PDF if you ordered.

 
Awww man I cashed out my $15 gift cards for Pokemon games to trade to GameStop. Time to get back into it I guess, I was going to move onto TVs lol, glad I don't need to
 
A little update since the thread seems to be dead. 

You can now use multiple gift cards in one order on the website, and not have to use mobile or chat to get around it.

Layout of the site is even worse than before, and the gift card listings are funky, the descriptions say it has it, but the checkout cart doesn't. Most likely it'll be back and forth with customer service again for this one.

When I use one browser at home it pushes me to the checkout where I can use up to 3 gift cards and that's been the case for several months now. When I use the other, I get the single gift card check out. Can't remember if Firefox pushes the one or Chrome but it's a trip.

Thanks for pointing this out. IE 11 lets me use 3 gift cards now. As horrible as the new website layout is, at least that's a nice plus.

Thanks for the heads-up on the added ability to do multiple GC's during checkout now.

Otherwise, yeah, navigating the updated site is TERRIBLE! Also, there's no way to sort by system, and, judging by this new layout, Dell is very clearly in bed with Microsoft: I have to click through miles of "show more results" to get to the PS4 games.

You can definitely sort by system and Dell has always favored Microsoft for whatever reason. Your points are still well taken.

I am not entirely sure if you can sort by system, on the Games promo page I couldn't find it anywhere at all. Even if I typed in the name of a game in search, it gives me an entirely different product.

The way I circumvent it, is by sorting the games by highest price. That way you don't have to go through miles of old Xbox one games, and get straight to the newest releases for both platforms. In fact, the PS4 games show up first this way. You still have to click a bunch though, but not nearly as much.

Yeah, Dell is having an affair with Microsoft, any search results/game lists always lists Xbox products first, Xbox cards and DLC/season passes are also sold for Xbox but not PS4.

And yes, it is 3 GC per order, but you have to finish off payment by the last GC or use a credit card. The second GC might appear not to work, just type in the amount manually and it should register.

 
Good point blackrockwaifu, you can only use 3 GC if the order total is equal to or less than the value of all 3 summed. If it isn't, you can only use 2 GC and a CC. Found that one out the hard way when I bought my Gow4 Xbox One S.

You can sort by system for games in general.

Dell.com - hover over products and go to electronics and accessories for home - shop all gaming - then click the games drop down and select your system.

Sorting for the games promo does not exist if I recall. I do not ever bother using their built in site search because it's horribly broken, you are much better off just filtering games by system or brand.

Also, It doesn't look like $25 gift cards are included for the games anymore.  I tried Dishonored 2, WWE 2K17, and The Last Guardian.  The $25 gift card didn't show up for any of them when I added them to the Cart.

I'm a Dell Advantage member and I was signed in.  Can someone confirm which browser allows for 3 gift cards and give some insight on how you get the $25 gift cards to appear in your cart?

Oh, this is hilarious and so sad. It looks like they have once again taken away the gift cards. It's probably just their ridiculous website and they'll probably appear again in a few days. As for browsers, I can confirm that I checked out this morning using IE11 and used multiple gift cards without a problem. I also used IE11 yesterday with multiple gift cards and had no problem.

 
I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 over the phone, so I'm not too optimistic about getting the $25 gift card without a hassle. I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

Has anyone who placed a pre-order over the phone received a gift card on their eligible purchases?

Looks like I won't get Mafia III until Monday, too.

Interesting that PS VR Bundle is on the upcoming deals. Would be pretty sweet if they put it up on Monday with a GC offer. Although I think the "deal" is just that it'll be available.

Make sure you aren't in the business cart. You should see an option to switch between home/business carts.

It worked for me two nights ago with Chrome. You have to select "Split my payment" option, its under a drag out bar.

Honestly, I have no trust in them delivering my GCs on time and without hassle. The promo page says the offer is available, but the cart doesn't show it, and sometimes didn't in the past either. I've had it show the GC in the cart, but I still had to contact support to get my GC. In fact, I think the last 3-4 times I've had to contact support. So either way, I think you'll have to email them and ask for it. I've had to send multiple emails too in the past.

I do have screenshots of the promo on that Deals page, which I'll share if anyone needs it when the time comes. At least that's one guarantee in case they say no.

Dell sells PCs and you don't want to bite the hand that feeds you; some even say an occasional lick isn't totally out of place. [emoji38]

They have a good thing going with MS and they won't do anything to jeopardize that.
 
If you guys are worried about gift cards not being apart of a purchase then you should order through chat and be sure to mention the promo gift card.  Regardless I've had to ask Dell for every one of my gift cards this year starting from Jan. Only the ones I get from TVs actually come on time

 
I might have mentioned this before, but I think all the problems with getting a gift card stems from how you pay for the purchase or possibly the cart portal which is tied into how you can pay. It might be as simple as if you use 2 or more gift cards as payments it prevents the promo eGC from being sent. I'd have to go back and look but I think it was 1 cc = ok, 1 gc = ok, 1 gc + cc = ok, 2 gc = bad, 3 gc = bad, 2 gc + cc = not sure

I've never called in or done an order via chat to see if that bypasses the problem when using multiple gc to pay and not receiving the promo gc.

Seems the best way to get your missing gc is to chat them up through the chat link that asks for your order info before speaking to the csr. Although it can still be a pain to get the missing Advantage rewards. The CSR has to put in 2 separate gc requests, I think...and sometimes they won't even if you ask for both. Phone being the second best option if you don't mind the accent and waiting for them to lookup stuff...email/messaging just avoid it.

trust me when I say that I've tried every one of those combos, there is no difference, it's inconsistent. My last purchase for the TV was 3 gift cards, $100, $60 and $25 and I got my $100 gift card no problem, plus the $9 Dell advantage

I wish it was inconsistent, that would mean I would actually sometimes get it sent to me whenever I used multiple gcs.

I wouldn't compare a TV promo with a pre-order game promo, though.

Also, you just said that you consistently don't get your promo gcs for games.

So has anyone actually gotten their gc automatically when buying a pre-order game via mobile (3 payment checkout portal) and using 3 gcs as payment?

Looks like promos have been removed again. Damn, I was holding off ordering RIGs until reviews came in, but likely will end up buying it anyway. Hopefully there just updating the website and the promos will come back again...

Good news: I was able to finally place an order online with several gift cards.  It was weird because initially I couldn't see any of the things people mentioned.  So I logged out and tried to make a purchase as a Guest.  When I did that it was very obvious you could use multiple gift cards.  I placed an order, but like I mentioned before I didn't see the promo gift card.  I went ahead with the order and decided to just follow up with Customer Service...

Bad news: When I chatted wit Customer Service I asked if a promo gift card came with my purchase.  They said no so I asked if this was specific to the game I was ordering or just in general.  He said it was in general.  There are no games that you can pre-order and get the promo gift card.

I knew I shouldn't have procrastinated, but I wanted to use multiple cards and in my experience ordering through customer service takes forever.  Here's to hoping this is still somehow connected to the website being updated...

They've done this before where their site is poorly updated or arranged. In my honest opinion though, unless your gift cards were expiring I would've held out in case more opportunities present itself. I must admit though it can be a ridiculous process but the fact is, when Dell offers a $25 gift card for a $60 game, they literally have the best deal. Even if you decided to resale the game you can really come ahead and that's how I've made this whole dance benefit me personally.

No I was trying to be prepared for the inevitable 20 days to pass because for the majority of time it was a $15 gift card offered and then for a short time it was a $25 gift card offered.
 
I printed to PDF the pages for the two I ordered - Batman - Return to Arkham and Gears 4 (both XB1).  I took to doing that because I've had to request the GC several times previously (it always works better via email support and be patient for a response).  I'm wondering if it is going to be difficult this time due to the almost random changes they have been making to the deals.  I was about to hop off the train anyways and used up all my previous GCs, if they don't follow through I'll be out.  If they do I'll probably just use those and be done anyways.

 
I've changed the OP to Wiki since I haven't been keeping up with it.  The new Dell.com website format makes it extremely difficult to keep the qualifying titles straight and organized and I don't have the energy or inclination to mess with it anymore.  On top of that, the GC's have disappeared once again, although they'll likely be back.  I'm not sure how the wiki stuff works, but hopefully someone can edit the OP if they want to mess with it when and if it makes sense.

 
Dell has a $100 promo eGC with console trade-in, so base + promo:

Got my Mafia III from Dell today and it was beat up, as they put it in a ziplock bag yet again. They've done it in the past but this is the first time the case actually broke, and the shrink wrap fell off too. There was also a weird black sticker on the top right for some weird reason.

At this point, I'm going to ask for a return, and then send them back a piece of shit. I just don't know if I want to shit on the toilet and put the poop in the UPS box, or just shit in the box directly. On one hand, if I miss, that's a lot of clean up to do, but on the other, I can get it done quick. On a serious note, if I can't get my GC with this, then I'm really finally done with Dell. They put my Overwatch in a box with airbags, but now they decided to act like idiots again.
