So I went to last week, the new Five Below store in the Winston Plaza at Melrose Park, IL. Among the games there are Bakugan for NDS, Naruto Shippuden Clash of the Ninja 3 for Wii and Every Extend Extra for PSP. There are other games but those 3 are the better games in my opinion. So all games are $5.00, which are a huge steal, especially when you are looking how great the store is like. There are other stuff there but that's your decision.

I got Darkstar One for the 360 from there a long while back, just barely started it recently. It's nothing spectacular, but seeing as there's nothing else like it on the 360, I think it was worthwhile for $5.
 
We just got a 5 Below store here in Dayton, Ohio last week and i think it's a pretty cool place.
How often do they get different video games and movies and other stuff? I just bought the knock off PS2 analog controller from them for $5. Is it a decent controller to use? Has anyone else bought it?

Thanks OP! I'll have to start checking more often with the holidays. I vaguely remember a friend finding quite different titles a couple of years ago at Franklin Mills.

The selection is completely different at each store. I have four in my area, and all have random titles.
 
They also have massively overstocked PS1 and GBA games collecting dust too if you're lucky. Like Cardinal Syn and Charlotte's Web. Woo.

They also had Darkstar One for 360 as well. Never any PS3 so far. A good amount of PS2 titles as well, particularly SNK anthologies.

Most of the PSP games are dual language packaging from Canada like some of the DVDs btw. If you're anal retentive about that, you might want to give these a pass.

But the best game they have there for $5 is probably Monster Tale for the DS.

also lots of 3rd party asscessories some first party ones

ds stylus with a game like My Sims Kingdom or Simant.

Yeah, Monster Tale is the best game I've found at Five Below. Another good one is Bully, but I never found that at any of my local stores.

i have 2 very close to me, I stop in a check them out from time to time. have gotten a lot of the psp games mentioned
 
I've got two in the area. One 10 miles away, and one about 12-15 miles away. Gotten a lot of nice stuff from the closer one. Nothing but junk in the one farther away.
 
I checked two of the three stored in my area for the "Deca Sports Extreme" for the 3DS with no luck. If anybody can pick one up for me I could pay cost, shipping, and extra for it ($12.00).
 
^^^ Dude, you seriously need to downsize the image in your sig. It's funny, but doesn't warrant 480x480 pixels on anyone's screen...
 
Are we all just going to start listing how many dozens of miles away all stores not in our particular area are? This'll be a hoot in the next Fry's thread then (east coaster here). :roll:
 
Dropped by my local store to try to grab Twisted Metal: Head On and of course it is the only title in the OP that wasn't there. :cry: Anyway, saw a couple of PSP titles that weren't in the original list, they were Parappa and Ape Escape.
 
Saw most of the games in the original post at my local Five Below, and they also had Puzzle Guzzle and Fading Shadows for the PSP.

5 below is relatively new to IL, but they seem to get some weird assortments. There are a lot of Japanese PS2 games that look like harvest moon that look like they could be HTF games.
 
Went today hoping to find Deca Sports Extreme and was relieved to see an endcap with about 40 copies. (location near Virginia Center Commons mall)
