When you say charged..do you mean charged for the trial OR the entire thing?
How long ago did you do the offer..? If it doesn't show up in a few days (the confirmation OR credit) then you're pretty much

ed. It sucks, but that's the risk we take doing some of these crappy offers.

If you do the Points method you do 2 offers. When you get both of your check marks, you select a game and submit.
Once you have submitted your prize request, it will ask if you want to reset your account and work on ANOTHER game. Clearly, you would reset the account. You will then have to complete another 2 offers or do 1 offer and refer 2 people, etc
If you did NOT receive credit for an offer AND you received the confirmation e-mail from the offer, hold onto those! 7 days after you do an offer, you can go to "Support" then "My Click History" and you should be able to submit manual credit request. You then provide the headers to the offer confirmation e-mail you received.
There isn't a specific time in how long it takes to receive manual credit. Some have gotten it in a week, some have waited like 3 months.
