I've been selling video games online for about 4 years now and recently opened up my own website, gamedealdaily.com

A new deal will be posted every day, seven days a week, at noon ET.

The site also features a store area that will expand over time.

I've been a member of CAG for about 5 years, so its exciting to be able to offer some good deals of my own. I PM'd CheapyD and he approved my posting of the deals on this board. Following his advice, I will update this thread daily with the new deal for the day.

Today's Deal: Halo 3 Limited Edition (XBox 360) - $29.95

Today's deal is for Halo 3 Limited Edition for the Microsoft XBox 360. These games are in like-new condition and come complete with the original tin case, game case, artwork, manual, and game disc. Each game is guaranteed to work perfectly.

If you're looking for a cheap XBox 360 system, check this one out for $79.95 + shipping:

THIS XBOX 360 CONSOLE DOES NOT FUNCTION PERFECTLY. PLEASE READ: The first problem occurs when you enter a disc into the system. When you close the door to the system it re-opens. You have to play this game for 3 or 4 tries, and then the disc will stay inside the system. It has never completely refused to accept a disc. The second problem is that the system will not play a few certain games. By not play, I mean that the games will freeze shortly after gameplay begins. I've played about 60 total XBox 360 games on this system and the only ones I've found this problem with are Madden NFL 09, Assassin's Creed, and Perfect Dark Zero. 95% of games work with no problems.

Here is what is included with the system: XBox 360 Core Console (no hard drive), Component HD AV Cable, power cable, ethernet cable, and manuals. Nothing else is included, no power brick, no controller, no headset.

NEW: SELL US YOUR GAMES!

I've added nearly 600 titles to our database, so be sure to check it out. You may email us for trade-in quotes for items that you do not find on the list. Directions can be found at the top of the page in case you have any questions about the process. Well over half of the titles on the list trade in for more than $10!Thank you for checking out the site.

I wouldn't worry too much. Many of the posters were simply a bit baffled about the price...only a few were being really silly about it. And for everyone who posted a negative comment, you know there are 10 users who looked, shrugged about the price, and just went onto another thread.

Anyway, on a site where people consistently get flamed for posting deals that other people don't like, you sometimes have to take the good with the bad.
Wow, I take a break for a few hours and madness ensues. The Playstation Network card was meant to be on sale for $49.95 today, which is exactly the price I pay for them. I don't have an account with Sony, so I buy these at retail just like everyone else. The standard price I charge is $59.95, as there are a number of international buyers that get these from me and are willing to pay a little over retail since the cards are not available are retail in their home country. The deal today was meant to give those who did not have cards available locally an opportunity to purchase them.

Neverless, I forgot to change the price on this item and it didn't take long for my mistake to be pointed out to me. I have taken down the PSN cards and replaced it with a deal for the XBox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows. It's amazing how many negative reviews I received today, but I guess some people get a sense of satisfaction through public criticism.

Despite today's experience (which was caused by my own mistake), I have met a number of good people on CAG and have been able to offer great deals to many. I will continue to run a successful site and make it a point to prevent any future errors. Thank you to those who have ordered through the site and continue to check both the website and this thread on a consistent basis.
That's a punch in the gut to all the people bitching about it

Ha! Wow! Yeah, people are going to criticize your business when it fucks up. And it is satisfying when they bitch loudly about something and it changes. Cheers. and btw, i wasn't against your price originally, but this snappy retort is pretty discouraging.
I think he means, he usually sells the cards for $59.95 and they were supposed to be on sale for $49.95 today.
just caught it.
Then change your other post. Dickface.
LOL! This is why all forums must have "Think before you post something stupid" in giant flashing bold font

That is correct. Thanks for the orders this weekend, I'm glad a number of people were able to get in on the XBox Live deal.

Updated with today's deal for the Zenith PS2 LCD screen. We have a very small quantity of these available, so if you'd like be sure to get in on it quick!

I thought his reply was good, what in the world are you talking about? He admitted he made a mistake, like all of us do, and he was just stating that he won't make the same one again and will strive to make more great deals for everyone.
The mount is for the original fat PS2 model.
What do you mean when you say that it can work with any console? Do you mean it can be modded to work with any console? Or does it have a composite jack in the back?

I'm unsure myself, but I've had a number of people buy them from me with the intent of using them for projects with other consoles. Maybe somebody with a little more knowledge on the topic can clarify this? Also, I mistakenly said that a mount was only included for the fat PS2, when in fact there is also a mount included for the slim PS2 console.
how long will it take for it to arrive at my place? Also, are you sure that this is for slim PS2 as well?
Yes, this is for the slim PS2 as well as the fat one. Priority mail usually takes about 2-4 business days.

Okay I finally ordered one. Thanks.

The PS2 LCDs sold out, so I'll give everybody a head-start on tomorrow's deal. It's for a backwards-compatible 80GB Playstation 3 system for $369.95. This 80GB model will play about 80% of all PS2 games.

Updated with today's deal for the GTA Lockbox. We're starting to run low on these, so this might be the last time we're able to run the daily deal for them.
Drfielgood, would you buy consoles and/or accessories? Or just games?
I will buy consoles and accessories as well as games. Go ahead and send me an email if you've got a list that you'd like some values for.
Question: How does shipping work on this site? If I order more items do I save on shipping or am I charged every cent for shipping?
The initial shipping level is $4.99, and each level after that is $2.99. Each level represents about a pound, so you can usually get two games for the initial shipping cost.
I'm not trying to knock the way you do business, but can you tell me how you justify charging $60 for a $50 PSN card!?

http://www.gamedealdaily.com/store/product.php?product=1020

Does that include shipping?
I'm not trying to knock the way you do business, but can you dell me how you justify asking this question when it was in fact answered on the last page?

I'm not trying to knock the way you do business, but can you tell me how you justify being a prick as there is no way I'm reading through 72 pages to find the answer?

Now I see.

Updated with today's deal for a DDR Universe 2 Bundle with 2 official dance pads. I also added some information about a mostly-working XBox 360 in the OP for $79.95 plus shipping.

drfielgood, if you were to run a deal again on those PSN cards for $49.99, I would seriously purchase one. For some reason the PSN network is not taking my credit card info so I would REALLY like one of these. I would probably buy a couple other things on your site too just to make it worth it.

By the way Z( + )DIAC, look on ebay and see how much they are charging for their cards. I love it how people who don't know anything like to criticize others, it reminds me of YouTube.

In for DDR with 2 pads. Great deal as long as everything is in good shape. From the looks of it though, and since drfielgood is still here, I am confident. Thanks!
how long does it take to get the cash after you get the games people send in....

just noticed you got my package today : )
I got mine about two-three days later (after my package had arrived there, obviously).

Hmm looks like the DDR bundle is now 24.95 but only comes with one dancemat. I was thinking about jumping on it for 30 with 2 pads but now I am not sure.

Just a tip on that partially-working 360 you are selling: you are selling a core system but have a picture of the premium 360 on the site (the silver disc tray tips it off).

Sorry about the confusion, it is a Premium 360, I just listed it as core because there is no hard drive included.
