The new thread format will be a work in progress but this first post will be the promos that are active and useful information, but also wikified. The second post will currently be frequently asked questions but may move it into the first post. Post three will be historical trade-in values from before the list.

(I'm not poopooing your post btw) Disney infinity for a couple bucks and zelda price match *if* you have a frys nearby and in stock etc. 9 (!) games for 66 dollar profit.

Man, how desperate we have gotten. Jesus GS and BB, get your act together. There are people who want to flip over here.

Yeah I wish there was more to flip but *shrug*. I'm looking to buy the PS4 Pro at GameStop so I'm actually looking to convert a lot of my BB credit to GS. The Disney Infinity was more "Oh yeah, I saw that this is a little flip, so might as well" while I was waiting to trade in.

 
With the case thing all of the Gamestops around me throw out 90% of  the used 3ds cases and about 99% of any DS cases. They started doing this a few years ago. Ever since,  I have np if people want to keep them or sell them. I don't get why some Gamestops started charging refurb fees for 3ds/ds games with no cases. But no surprise that gs continues to have foot in mouth disease.

I see employees literally rip the cover art and toss the cases all the time when a game isn't showing up in their inventory, but they have the case for it.

The stores in my area don't seem to care but maybe because I argue frequently when wronged.

I noticed only stores near whole foods carries them. To me that's great I mean if I can buy food its the same as cash for me because that's what I'll end up spending cash on anyways. I recommend to just always browse a all the different gift card racks at different locations
 
I'm just redeeming another year of PUR with points coupon, then trade in a few games to get about $75 in trade credit. Use that trade credit plus my B2G1 coupon from redeeming to flip stuff to BB during the 50% bonus. Messier than it should be but this is what flips have come to now.

totally I agree, itd be way better. For me I see some of you flipping from bb to Gs, that would make sense for me if I needed to get $100 worth of groceries to spend the cash at best buy and flip for profit at GameStop and come out on top.... Now I'm just giving myself reasons to continue trading

No, it's not in the system anymore. They suggested taking it to a local game/retro store (like Game Over Video Games in Houston) but honestly I doubt you'd get much. I trashed it...

Yeah, doubt anywhere here would take them but I hate to just throw them away. Especially since I saw someone buying one at a flea market like a week ago

When I'm constipated, I just go to Taco Bell and get a quesarito. No need to use a laxative. Kill two birds with one stone, eat my favorite thing from there and push out all that shit.

Did anybody trade in an Xbox one control and has the value dropped? Went to trade one in today and the guy said it was $32. not sure if it actually dropped because the guy was scanning a used package instead of looking it up the value in the system. never seen them do that before so I took the control back.

Maybe the one he scanned was for a controller without a 3.5mm jack.

They counted it as the wrong controller. They did that to my wife yesterday. But when I called up there they said that both controllers were the same value. He seemed to be looking it up in the computer. App says something different tho.
 
Someone sent their wife out to do their dirty work, and when she came back a couple bucks short, spent the following hours posting about it here and calling gs?

hey there, I was letting people know about trade values. About 40$ short warrants a phone call. And it's worth it for my wife to trade stuff in if she can get $500 credit doing a trade.

What 50 dollar coupon are you referring too. Because i see nothing on their app or website. Also nothing about a free game. Just because otherstores are doing promos dont always assume gamestop is/will.
