Anyway, I actually believe you. The thing is, almost anyone who has met me in real life are 100% surprised who I am in real life. On forums I may come across as a bit mean at times, too defensive, nerdy, or whatever. But in reality I actually seem more normal, although I can do a few weird things like overachieve in school. Only thing similar for me between reality and online is my disliking for alcohol. :p
No.

Certainly you are not talking about UTSA.

That's enough to over ride your arguments of being normal right there. ;)

In all fairness, I"m sure both you and DMK are good people. Not people I'd want to hang out with, but not bad people or anything.

I just realized I spend more time in character customization than most games were built to be. Oddly, character customization is my fave thing in Little Big Planet. It's fun when your not limited. Made this with the MGS4 pack:
Hey GGT! Quick question (Rei should know the answer...) Does the retail version of Ar Tonelico 2 come with the soundtrack + artbook? There's a couple of online retailers that specifically says it does, but some (like Amazon) don't even mention it. Just wanted to figure out where I should get the best deal.
The first run of it will have both packaged in there.

...

Dmaul?

You give the shittiest complements in the world.

I think I've probably met CAGs in a wider variety of places than most people, since I used to travel a lot for Smash.

Outside of Austin, I've met Strell in College Station, Arikado and dallow from the Dallas area, JoeB in Kansas, Mr Beef and Evergoo from Northern California.

I had it in mind to do a PAX East 2010 tour (Boston?) and I could meet even more people. Maybe I'll even be proficient in Street Fighter 4 by then as well.

It wasn't meant as a complement. Just a way to say "You guys are too nerdy for me, but it's all good." :D

I got Legendary today.

I've been playing it for about an hour, but I don't see what's so terrible about it. In fact, the city getting all destroyed is actually pretty cool.
His controller was also blown because he sucks at games
Hey, it's hard to win against Metaknights who only use Up+B.

Bah, I forgot all about Valkryia Chronicles... This whole playing through my Backlog plan isn't working out as well as I had hoped.

This is why you do not matter. Good day, Sir.

It's an SRPG, lite on the RPG. It's pretty original since you control your characters in real time; I can't really compare it to anything else.

If you want to tell me what's so bad about it I'd be happy to listen.

I thought the gameplay was going to be broken or something.

Hmm I'm making it my mission to go to Pax whenever it comes to the east coast.

Last year I did alot of traveling last year between family in Jersey, NYC & Miami, and competing in YGO, where I traveled to Syracuse, Rochester, Toronto and even Detroit to compete in Regional Qualifiers & Shonen Jump Championships. All this traveling made me realize that I love road trips and I'm slowly getting meeting strangers. I actually think it'd be cool to meet CAGs in real life.
If it's better than yours, yet still sucks yours must be pretty bad according to you.
Dude to be fair, and not to out & out flame you, but you like games that most other people would hate. It seems to me that if there's a specific aspect of the game and / or characters you like, that you're willing to overlook certain (READ: terrible) aspects of a game. In other words, you like bad games. Not saying this is wrong or anything, but it doesn't surprise me (nor should you be) that you liked a game many other people frowned upon.

Honestly though, as far as Legendary goes, I don't see what people hate about it. Seems like a pretty solid game so far.

Yes, it's obvious in parts that it's not backed by a big budget, but still it's solid.

Eternal Sonata is kind of like it in the sense that your "action points" are a set amount of time to execute your [real time] moves.

Eh I'm just saying based on our prior clashes. Honestly I never even heard of Legendary up until this point. I'm pretty out of the loop as far as Video Games go. I've been spending the past 4 months dealing with lady issues, getting better at Pro YGO and school / work. Only gaming I've really done is WWE 09 & the GH/RB games.

Gotten back into the swing of things tho, playing my NDS while I poop. Slowly going through Castlevania OOS & Legend of Zelda PH.

Read about the whole 1up EGM thing. Pretty sad over the whole EGM thing as I used to read them alot from 98-2000, but stopped shorty after I discovered Game FAQs, Daily Radar, IGN and the whole internet thing the rich white folks were jabbering about.

On a funny note, I finally listened to a pod cast, the CAG cast actually. Wasn't too bad and I enjoyed it. Although I wish it was a tad bit shorter, as it dragged in places.
