Beat a couple of games today

New Super Mario Bros. 2 - Kinda short all the way through. I'll go back and try to do everything except 1 million coins of time wasting.

Bloodrayne Betrayal - A shameless Castlevania ripoff that sucks at almost every level besides the music. Levels are way too busy. Combat and Movement are terrible. There's a story, but I have no idea what's going on in the universe, so good job not explaining it anywhere in-game I guess... 8 out of 12 Trophies, and I have 0 desire to play it again. It really makes me appreciate Hard Corps: Uprising which does pixel art a lot better and has FAR superior gameplay.
Video gets weird as fuck at like 1:45
yoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo what the fuck.

Someone posted a pretty good interpretation of the video as a sexual metaphor though.

I was pretty fond of The Last Story from what I played of it. It took a while to grow on me though. Granted, I'm not sure my opinion on what's good or not is valid anymore because of the sheer amount of shit I have to deal with at work (I work at Nintendo). You seriously would not believe what some people try to submit as games.

Well based on the games that do come out for Nintendo consoles, I can only imagine what gets rejected.

Do you know a guy named Gil Ruta who works there? I worked with him when he was pulling double duty at Nintendo & Best Buy, pretty sure he just works at Nintendo now, we still keep in touch.
Also, Hank, Uraizen, check it:

Yep, saw. Pretty slick.
Uraizen already mentioned that yesterday, and I saw him playing it on Steam last night.
Yep, we were up super late on dat Skype while he was playing it. He said it runs way better, rock solid 30 FPS and no input delay. Sounds good enough to me.
I don't think unlocking the resolution will fix the slowdown though, only make the textures render clearer. :)
See above.
But apparently it holds pretty well at 30FPS, which is more than you can say about the PS3 version, especially in Blighttown.
This.

Ubisoft and uPlay can kiss my ass. I bought Driver: SF last weekend and I still haven't been able to install it successfully. Their tech support gave me a useless install guide that was on their web site, and has been silent ever since. Their forum moderators basically tell me to file a tech support ticket.
Trying to get GFWL to fucking work, this system is a vapid piece of shit.
I had to dl another game to get bulletstorm on GFWL to work because the patch wouldn't download through bulletstorm I had to buy and dl warhammer 40k for GFWL to download the patch.

^__^
Nope; a version of the game that's worth a damn. This port has just upgraded it from shit to great.
I should sell my PS3 version and get the PC version then?

:whistle2:k

Cool. I will get rid of it now and then wait for the Steam Holiday Sale. Thanks man! :bouncy:
I don't mind as much now that they keep pushing the fact that this isn't dante from the original DMC that its a parallel version so meh we could still get DMC 5.
That's the thing -- this is a "rebirth" -- so you know what's going to come next if the masses eat this up? DmC2, not DMC5. The dream is dead man. Dead.

In the beginning every DmC video was in the negative in terms of thumbs up or down on youtube now every video is in the positive. :(

Bayonetta 2? :)

Metal. Gear. Rising.

This will be the last refuge for action fans.
What's that? Is that an action game that's coming out soon? Please, tell me about it. :bouncy:
Sounds like a Sony Smash Bros. ripoff or something.

It's this game that has that new cool version of dante and this totally new idea for a video game.
Playing through Dragon Age for like the 15th time. I have a problem...
The world needs more party-based WRPGs.

What the fuck, guys?

Playstation All Stars is a game that has both Dante and Raiden in it, so you know it's going to be better than both those games combined.

Kind of like that Avengers movie.
Harry, I need to pick you up and go party.
its always a prty at my house, w can play some bulletstomr
I feel like watching this movie now and or just listening to that dropkick murphy song

I finally found a part that made it hiccup. When you're fighting Seath the Scaleless Dragon and he summons a shitload of crystals that come out of the ground. It made the game chug a bit, but it only seemed to be when a shitload of crystals appear. Kind of weird, but in my 15 hours that's the only part that chugged so far.

Do it, it'll be fine with your PC. The dodging actually works 100% of the time now. :whee:
