Hmm... is there anything in there that's really LE... other than the system? Like some sort of in-game shyt?

Might get the LE pack at some point, just because my PSP 1000 is ghetto. but I'd rather save up for something cooler than a system with 5 good games.

Oh... but no in game content sorta stuff? I have so many damn art books and other shit that I don't really need another. What I can use is $5-10 off on release date courtesy of Fry's. Yup.
 
I kind of want the Peace Walker System Bundle. My old hacked 1001 won't sync with my PSOne classics I've bought on PSN. I couldn't even play Pixeljunk Monsters UMD version with it.

I even tried to update it to official firmware but it won't work. Sony wants me to have custom firmware.

Kmart is offering $25 off a psp game(what would I buy?) and free MGS4 with that system bundle. I may get it.

That 3D zelda 2 is incredible. Unfortunately i died at the stalfos. They are hard to attack!

a coupon for future use? if so, persona 3 portable, of course. i'm playing through those two, then ditching the system if nothing cool is announced for the near future at E3.

psp is so pathetic. but MGS:pW is the real deal. back to it--

MGS:pW is like an MGS RPG, since you recruit guys and can level up everything + develop new gear. Also, I got a mech for tranqing the tank driver from the demo stage. um, hopefully I can use it at some point :lol:

everybody must buy this game. I even put off going out and drinking for an evening to play it!

It was cool to run through, but the little robots didn't quite give me the same feeling as taking out organized soldiers. I still wanted that ch.1 and 2 gameplay, which felt like MGS3 on crack.

If they do a MGS4:Sub-something edition, they should do a version of chapter 4 with all the enemies and bosses from MGS1 in place...maybe not with all the dialog and cutscenes, but just have the enemies there to fight. That would sell me on it at full price.

Ooooh, the trade promo at GS is freaking awesome. I'm going to flip NSMBWii and a couple of other games over there tomorrow morning and reserve Crackdown 2.
 
So I know I posted a comment a while back about phones, and that I was considering switching to Verizon because I wanted a Droid since it has a QWERTY keyboard as well as the touchscreen. Well I had decided to wait and try out the EVO like my boyfriend suggested, and guess what? I got it today, and I absolutely freakin LOVE IT!!!! Definitely worth the wait, and Im finding I don't mind the full touchscreen as much as I thought I would. Now I just have to figure out which apps to keep and how to not delete something I may regret later.

Well Verizons data plan charges are a big reason I decided against switching. With Sprint we have unlimited data and like 1000 minutes for two phones WITH insurance for less than 120 a month.
 
Vanquish looks like Gears of War Japanese with a little of Bayonetta... which is awesome then ^_^

Red Faction Armageddon also looks like it got rid of the only complaint I had with Gurella which was design blandness.
 
Yeah Vanquish is looking good. I hope its playable at E3, cause I want more info.

Been playing more Yakuza 3 and still trying to make a run at finally beating Nocturne. Need to grind and fuse a couple demons while I tackle the last Amala dungeon, then its off to the final dungeon for the finale.

That's a good deal. I'm currently stuck with Verizon until next February, so I'll have to tough it out. $60 a month for 450 minutes and unlimited texts is what I currently pay. Most anyone I talk to has Verizon, so I use like 12 minutes a month.

I hope Vanquish is great.
 
First app you need to get for your Android (any android user applies here) is Swype. It basically makes physical keyboards 100% obsolete. Trust me.
 
fuck, I missed the MGS:pW discussion.

I'm getting the Big Boss bundle because I want a second PSP to run Japanese PSN stuff on. The whole switching back and forth between regions on one PSP is annoying. That and while I can typically ignore LE game releases, LE system releases pique my interest more than a little. Plus, the game is pretty amazing (from what I played of the demo).

I'm still on the fence about swype. The HTC soft keyboard itself is pretty nice. On a Droid Incredible here.

I am using a Droid Incredible also, Swype keyboard is too awesome for words, no other keyboard can even compete. What would take someone a minute to type out, takes me seconds. Its the future.

I hate the HTC keyboard.
I've replaced it with ShapeWriter, which is probably like Swype. Sometimes I use the tracing mechanism, others I tap... but it works better than the HTC default one.

it is amazing. As good as the demo is, it's barely a taste :)


and dammit, yesterday was my day to game and today was gonna be for going outside, but it looks like it's gonna rain all day. fuck!
 
So when is E3 going to happen?

I finally bought Lost Planet. No, the first one. It's only been out as long as I've had a 360, so at least four-five years.

I'm still undecided as yo what I'm gonna do with the old iPhone though.

I'd like to keep it around for the free/cheap games( and Peggle+PvZ!), but I know the app segregation is just going to get worse and worse.

Man, God of War 4 is incredible. I never thought I'd be totally convinced that 3D and PS Move would be great for gaming, but damn. GOTY 2012 easily.
