Some of these missions in Saints Row 4 are just amazing, this game is just a blast to play in co-op, so much stuff to do, spend so much time just running around, good stuff

What missions are amazing? All of them are just tutorials or defend this guy and shoot dudes. All of the missions are pretty repetitive.

It's more the mix of co-op/humor/homages that make the game for me, I'm having a lot of fun with the gameplay in general though, I'm used to games like this though so the repetition is fine for me, I'm enjoying my time with it so that's all I need. I play a lot of shooters though so defending something/shooting enemies is something I'm used to doing haha

Yea but Sains Row 3 had better missions with different things to do. The homages are meh, especially the
metal gear solid one. I thought that one had lots of potential to be an awesome mission but instead it ends with a lame boss fight -_- Even the Streets of Rage level is ok but its so short and nothing impressive. Dunno what people see in SR4, its alright but its def not a 9/10 game for me and I love superhero type games.

Shaddap snakeybro....SRIV is the most awesome DLC turned into a full game ever and don't you forget it.

I haven't gotten the game yet.  >_

Sony will stop updating Home in Japan. I have never been back to Home since not long after it launched. Anyone still a GGT- Home-boy?

I am currently a level 15 Thaumaturge and Level 7 Weaver on Siren. I know there is a dedicated CAG server. Cactaur I think?

For once, I agree with whoknows.

The server issues are still a problem, especially during peak/primetime hours. They're gradually getting better, though.

F2P MMO's are lame.
I've had a good enough time playing some of them, I used to play a fair amount of pay MMO's but I don't really put enough time into one game a month now to warrant paying for one, I'm sure when one I really wants to play that some of my friends gets comes out I may give it a shot but not right now

It's $13 a month. That's like eating out 1 1/2 times.

It's not a big investment.
Doesn't matter though, I've gone times where I wont play the game even when I am paying for it, I already pay for plus and live and use those far more anyway, I've paid for games like EQ2 for quite a while when it was monthly though and used to do that big SOE bundle of the older games back when Star Wars Galaxies was running, just don't put as much time into them as I used to.

Any of you playing FF XIV? I think I might get it today.

I think even the people who have it aren't playing it as much as they want to...if they can get into the server at all.

Wouldn't it be better to wait until the server issues are taken care of? Or did they already do that?

Nope. The game is very unstable due to the load. At this rate, I'm guessing you'll need to wait a month or two before things settle down. I don't get why companies that make MMOs don't ensure that they are prepared for launch day capacity...I swear, this happens for every. Single. MMO. Launch. Ever. And they never, never learn...

What kind of shit diet are you eating where you are spending less than $5 on a meal?

They're adding a whole data center next week, so problems won't persist much longer.

Right now the working strategy is to log in early in the morning, and then never log out.

Hey, Taco Bell is great food. I once ate two five layers and was able to play through Metroid Fusion in one bathroom session.

I totally forgot about those server issues. I guess I can wait. To be honest, paying $13 a month for an MMO is totally worth it. If you're paying the monthly fee and don't end up playing it then you just suck at managing your time.

Blizzard has gotten better at releasing their expansions. They have a few problems but nothing to severe.

Diablo 3 doesn't count as Betas are just that. Betas.

I hope so, but I have a feeling even with the new servers, it's not going to be a smooth transition. My co-worker created a character on the US server, and when he was able to log back in, the character was on a Japanese server. >_<

$13 a month is too much, IMO. Hell any monthly sub for an MMO, I don't know if it's worth it for me because I just don't have the time to make it worth my while. I would pick up the game and do the free month just to try it out doe.

just a top, you can redeem the code for it, and download the client to play without the physical disc. Trade the disc to bestbuy for $12 right now, with 100% bonus, it comes out to $24

Just pay the months you want to play? You're arent locking into a year commitment or anything.

I...I might try this. This is for PS3 version or both?

Ruining or making a better place?

A little of both.

Beyond Two Souls has Ellen Page in a shower scene. It can't be any worse than this doe:
