GGT 30 comes free with PSN+

I can't wait for the day I get upgraded to an office from a fucking cubicle.

Tis gonna be a while though.

No gaming for me lately, I've been busy setting up a htpc. WMC is a piece of garbage. I can't believe how many recommendations of it over boxee I got, although boxee seems to be blowing it out of the water. Haven't tried XBMC yet..

I'm still thinking of keeping my copy of P3P sealed and getting it from PSN lol
No Yukari love?
Yukari is nice and all but I like the older ladies... like Maya.

Who is voting for these people on the tester? Why does BlackEssence have 500 votes? You'd think if gamers were actually voting it would be all hot chicks at the top...

Also Cheska, when you get on the show you got to tell us how they make you pick your "PSN ID" name. Because I 100% doubt it just so happened everyones ID was; Amped, Cyrus, Luge, Star, Naucious ect. There would be more xGekko-Slayax2012

Yup, I'm really tired of this ratrace crap.

LOL. I voted for her, she's been nice, and honestly, I'll vote for any girl gamer that's an actual gamer and not just there to get recognition. IF I make it onto the show, I'll definitely let you guys know what's up lol. You should watch the video for some of these guys, like that one BadNews guy, he actually rags on testers, and Drewdays seems like he's high the entire time. I'm hoping the new video I made last week will bring Sony's attention to me, and then I won't have to worry about votes because let's face it. No one is going to surpass the guy with almost 2000 votes.
Forget about the women, let's talk about the men. I'm going for the bad boy, Shinjiro. He's so dark and mysterious. Hopefully certain things can be avoided in the girls scenario. We'll see.
I have a soft spot for Persona 3's main character as far as the P3 guys, his hair and expressions are adorable. Too bad P3P doesn't let the two versions of the main character date.

Is the downloadable version supposed to be superior "loading" wise? I installed the game but it still takes quite a bit to load at times, and I hate the sound of the spinning UMD.

it's sad and telling when a younger 20-something is considered an "older lady"

Kissfuldreamer: I mostly just want to keep a sealed copy for no real reason. Also I really like the feel of the PSP Go.

I always got the feeling that Maya was in her late 20's maybe early 30's.
P3 talk brought in a bunch of strangers. :)
I like P3

I feel the same way about the Go.

I can't stand playing anything on a normal PSP anymore. The Go just feels nicer.

Just finished Transformers Autobot campaign. The last boss was so fucking cheap. There were little tricks that I (admittedly found on accident) had to take advantage of to kill him.

The concept art for Transformers is awesome. Wish I could get it in hi-res for wallpapers. Under the weapons section I see a bit of inspiration from the sword of omen, heh.

It's just a shame Sony handled the Go so poorly. If they put a little more thought into it and released before the 20 other PSPs it could have done a little better.

The sole purpose of Go is to push the digital downloads. I don't think even Sony expected it to blow up and get real popular. Be grateful something like the Go isn't their main platform or you can say goodbye to your hardcopy discs.

Unless you like non-resellable media with DRM.
That you don't even own. -_-
Well it's not like the stuff is ever going to expire so it's fine...still, I wish they would have come up with some way to be able to get my UMDs on the go. No Phantasy Star Portable makes me sad...the sequel is coming out soon so oh well I guess.

I don't mind owing downloads of games, because its nice having all on one handheld device without carrying UMDs, The problem is that UMDs already lack some security code or whatever to verify a UMD has only been ripped once. People would just buy a UMD and pass it around to multiple people.

Wow, just noticed the last trade feedback I got. Not sure where that came from or who that is. Any of you know how I go about getting that removed?

Yeah. Stop being a cunt.

They should've called it Crackdown 1.1...all bosses are the same battle version...and put it out as a GOTY edition...two years ago.

Are there bosses? I haven't ran across anything really hard to kill yet.

lol.

I'm gonna wait on Crackdown 2, I played the demo and liked what I loved about the first game which was just jumping around and collecting the Agility orbs; but everything else in that demo didn't seem as fun or interesting as the first game. I'll probably get the game when it goes into the $20-30 range.

Just played and finished The Darkness over 6 or so hours, gameplay was pretty standard half-life 1 style shooter (with some added support from Darklings and powers), but the rest was very enjoyable. I thought it was just going to be a normal linear FPS, but there's kind of an open world aspect to it with some side missions you can take.

I would recommend playing on Easy if you were to play it, I couldn't get past one area 10 minutes into the game on medium.

You even liked the second act? I felt like all the segments that took place outside of modern day were insanely bad...

that's literally the only thing I remember about the game. It was pretty cool 3 years ago, though :whistle2:/

Yeah, didn't really like the first one of those segments, the 2nd one was fine.

Maybe my perspective on good is a little off since I just played Rogue Warrior before it.
(The summer of backlog continues!)

Got a couple hours of gaming in today. Did the Overlord DLC in ME2 a 2nd time to do it with my renegade character.

Then started up Halo ODST that I got from Goozex today. Enjoying it ok after an hour and a half or so, though it lacks the epic feel of the main halo games.

Finished year one in Lego Harry Potter. I love that I can just pick up the game, play for an hour and feel like I haven't accomplished anything. I always spend too much time breaking stuff that it takes me forever to advance with the actual storyline.

Captured all tactical locations and activated all the power beacon things, now I just gotta detonate the last two beacons and I'm done. Crackdown 2's been wonderful.

Played more Link's Awakening, and got that seashell bullshit out of the way. I forgot how many jokes, subtle or not, are in this game.

still my fave zelda.

Yeah, I'm enjoying it so far.

I'm glad I only spent 40.00 though.

I played the Crackdown 2 demo and actually enjoyed it. Not sure if I'll buy, but probably wait for a price drop.

I did buy Deadly Premonition for $16 on Amazon. Looking forward to trying it out.

I did play Death Smiles co-op online, which was fun.

Honestly, a big reason it's a lot easier for me to play my 360 now is that it doesn't make much noise. All my last 360 consoles made so much noise, it became near impossible for me to want to play it. Noisy consoles just bug me too much, because I use to avoid playing my CD based (blue bottom) PS2 games due to making too much noise. I couldn't get myself to play much ICO all because of the disc noise.

It's annoying that if you're coop-ing with someone, they don't get any of the "single player" achievements. There's no reason Tt games couldn't have been smart enough to make it work for both players. >.

nursing a hangover + persona 4 time. fuck yeah!

i only have an hour or two to play before going to the beach :whistle2:( but there will be girls at the beach :) but there won't be persona at the beach :whistle2:(

Persona 3 Portable.

Finally beat Ocarina of Time last night after spending a bunch of time going around and collecting the last few heart containers. Overall, it was a pretty solid Zelda title, but I never felt like there was ever much of a challenge to it. I can understand if I played it with no guide it would have been a bit more difficult, but still, I thought it was a lot easier than Windwaker, especially the dungeon puzzles.

Gonna start Killer 7 today and see if I can handle it.

Now imagine going through the Water Temple the first time without a guide.

That shit was hahd. (Actually, confewsin' is more like it.)
I dunno, I guess in some weird way I can hold Wind Waker and Ocarina side by side as far as difficulty.

The Summer of Backlog rolls on with Madworld. Just got into Chinatown and I'm enjoying it so far. Scratches that Streets of Rage/Final Fight itch without having to go back and ruin memories playing them now.
