Oh gawd............ That's worse or just as bad as playing against team ass. Team ass = Arthur,Storm,Sentinel. I still can't wait to get it. Even after all the disturbing cheap things I've seen.
There's a solution for that one -- snapback to knock Phoenix into play and then smash the shit out of her before the opponent stores 5 bars.

Team ASS looks annoying, but there should be a workaround for most teams to get in on Arthur.

True. I know there will be a lot of projectile spam though mostly in ranked matches based on the videos.
MvC3 looks like it's going to get annoying fast.
You wouldn't play it for more than a day either way.
If he had made one.
Indeed.
He should just rent it. If hes really just going to play it a time or two.
I'm too good to rent games.

If you say so. I use to did all the time mostly because I was broke, but it got to be a hassle and I stopped. When I rented games. I usually rushed them and played them to much just to beat it within the time I had it.

I'll play it for two days just to prove you wrong.
I never learned either, I'm sure I could but I gave up on it pretty quickly as a kid and never looked back.

I just found out walmart has one of those pac-man claw machines full of the little round pac-man plushes, oh shit, I wanna go spend 100 dollars trying to get one
See, that's what I did! That and it was after I got really fucked up on a bike.
WTF x100000000. I can't believe how ANYONE cannot learn to bike. I learned which back when I was really tiny, going from a tricycle, to bike with training wheels, then to a 2 wheel bike by pre-school. I use to bike for hours each day back in my grade school years, then biked all over my college campus when older. Now, I sometimes bike, but more so do mountain biking on the trails we have all over my area. It's fun going down steep angled turns really fast along with jumping over tree branches. Sometimes my bike tire will get caught tossing me off the bike where I'll be bruised up, but smiling in the end. Mountain biking would be my 2nd favorite extreme sport after snowboarding (also like doing stuff on water like water tubing, water skiing, and wake boarding).

I agree with MusicNoteLess that a DJ Hero 2 album would be awesome.
I have a truck and it's better than a bike, so fuck biking. And I got a torrent from a friend a loooong time ago that's a rip of all the DJ Hero 2 songs with no crowd music. It's awesome.

Made lots of progress on my sewing project this weekend, only have to put the arms on now. Might also see if I can get a couple of other items to add some finishing touches (ribbon, buttons, etc...) this week and then I can fully finish it next weekend. Although I really hate trying to get sewing stuff in NYC since most of it is all spread out, I mean there is the Garment District but unless you know where your going it is really hard since most of the shops around there cater to one specific set of items, like just buttons, or just thread; also almost none of those shops are open when I get off of work either, so to try and go to them I have to run out during my lunch break to hunt stuff down.

I played a lot of brawl this weekend. Still trying to unlock all the characters/stages. Game still doesn't feel right compared to melee.

I don't know how to ride a bike either. It's not as simple a you make it out to be, Mango.

I'm pretty surprised at the amount of people here who don't know how to ride a bike. I always felt like it was something anyone could learn in a day or so, but I guess not. Just out of curiosity, for those of you who can't ride a bike, do you know how to pogo-stick?

Scooters are for businessmen who don't know any better and people who aren't coordinated enough to rollerblade/skateboard.

That being said, I tried a gas-powered scooter before. It was alright.

I had this:

A3%20Kick%20Scooter.jpg

When I was a kid Razor scooters were the coolest thing ever for about three months

I got swept up in the Razor scooter hype too. Luckily my mom was smart enough to not spend however much they were overcharging for them.

My grandma bought it for me for christmas and then was like WTF i spent all that money and you're not even using it...and little kid me was like, it's December, it's snowy hell out there. But once spring came i used it all the time

Balancing on a scooter is a lot like balancing on a bike, except you don't have to worry about peddling at the same time (which is what probably makes riding a bike hard for some people).

The bike thing just didn't mesh with me, it was like, okay, you put me up in the air on this thing, I fell over. You put me up there again, I'm going to fall over again, this is dumb, let's do something that's actually fun. Scooter made more sense, if you're gonna fall down or something you can just put your foot on the ground because you're only like two inches up.

Yeah, that's why to ride a bike you have to get momentum going quickly.
I don't know how to ride a bike either. It's not as simple a you make it out to be.
It is simple. You just can't give up on stuff like that. I have fallen off my bike numerous times with my tire getting caught up a branch, sliding on slick pavement (when there's a lot of rain), and other conditions. I just be a man, get up, and keep moving. Falling once does not stop me from going back to the same place again either. I dunno what it is with these quitters, because I fell MANY times on a snowboard my first time (some really bad, even partially hitting my head once). I just kept right at it eventually having a perfect run, much less falls, etc. Just don't give up, that's all I do with extreme sports.

I might try to get back into skateboarding next.

Played some ACII. Gotta do a trial which doesn't have me happy. I installed ME2, but I'll play it sometime later this week.

Yeah i was a kid, I didn't get that.

I had a skateboard but I never used it, I only wanted one because I was stuck right in the middle of HOLY SHIT TONY HAWK IS THE COOLEST MAN ALIVE DID YOU SEE HIM DO THAT FLIPPITY-DEE-DOO ON TV

I have tried on three separate occasions to learn to ride a bike. Each of them more traumatic than the last (and no, it didn't involve falling). It's not like riding a bike is some important life skill anyways, so it's no big deal.

Yeah that's pretty much how I saw it, I grew up in a really small town so as a kid if I needed to go anywhere I could just walk. After initially giving up I just never went back to it, and by this point it's like, sure I could go learn how to ride a bike, but there's not much of a point considering I can drive and shit.

ihadFG, I got your joke! I've been thinking of that episode this entire conversation!

Teach them how to SRK first, that way they can piss off the neighbor kids who like to jump in.

FTR: I can ride a bike, but haven't done so in over a decade.

You basically just summed up my experience trying to learn how to skateboard when I was younger. I can ride a bike though, but I haven't in over a decade.

Speaking of learning stuff I also can't really drive a manual transmission car, like I got a super quick course in it (from another employee) when I worked at U-Haul as a teen for a summer job (and it was awful because only the largest trucks still had manual transmissions so I was trying to learn how to drive stick in like a 26 foot long truck). In the end I could sometimes drive one, although I still had a fairly high probability of staling it, and that being my only experience with driving stick I'm fairly sure I'd have to get a feel for it all over again if I wanted to drive one since I've had no experience with it since then.
