yep, pretty much. i don't really think a full 30 mins of that calibur of high-speed nonsense is actually humanly possible, to tell you the truth.
oh, feel free to prove me wrong.
This stuff is starting to remind me of Shin-Chan and Excel Saga. I wish I had more time to watch them. The complete randomness of it is handled pretty well.
I found I had some free time yesterday so finished up Spice and Wolf and read most of BioMeat.
Spice and Wolf is a great anime if you are also interested in anything economically related. It is a fantasy story but rather then magic and swords it is about trading and medieval economies. The first story arc uses fricking currency devaluation to introduce the main villians. This may be the first fictional tv show I've ever seen to do that. I really hope there is a second season.
Biomeat is a horror manga I found while browsing a manga hosting site I'm not sure I can link to. I didn't like the art style at first glance but the summary reminded me of those pigslugs (or whatever) from the Dune series. I picked a random chapter and started reading and it turned out to be a very good survival horror type story.
The basic idea is that man is having a hard time finding food and getting rid of their trash, so science comes up with a bio-engineered animal that survives by eating trash, and is then killed to feed humanity. You can guess what may happen if a self-replicating, endlessly hungry killing machine got loose in Tokyo.
I had forgotten how nice it can be to have a whole day off with nothing to do but watch animes.
